However, like you said, it’s still a beautiful bag. Where did you get the chain? It matches perfectly!
I agree I have the same bag in blue.I knew I wasn't going to like it as a crossbody because of the wide bottom (reminds me of coach katy,dome type bags)...Would've loved 2 zippers instead of one but it slides open smoothly. Overall I like it as a top handle and holds alot for its size
Coach messed up on the shape of this bag. Cannot wear this as a crossbody. The base is too WIDE. Should have feet as well! Not sure what Coach was thinking, so dysfunctional!
My honest opinion I would carry it top handle. I love how it almost dupe the Louie Alma. TFS 💕☺️🤗

I never carry my satchels as a crossbody. If I'm going out and I know ima need my hands free, I'll where an actual crossbody bag. Cute accessories.

Maybe it's because the crossbody hoops are on the front and back. Instead of the sides. That's probably why it flips and doesn't sit right.
I believe that plays a part as well as the shape just not good crossbody but a lovely bag
