Remember if an old or gaming PC Laptop non Gaming Desktop
Step 1 Go to your Bluestack in Bluestacks multi-instance choose the version you want
Step 2 Choose your make sure CPU on Med 2 Cord and put the Memory set on Enh 4
Step 3 Go to graph settings check the box type blue stack or browser set on High Performance and frame rate set on 240
Step 4 Go to your Bluedtsck thin Display you need to set on Display 1280X720 thin and put your Oixel set on Low 160 DPI
Step 5 Go to Graph put on Directx you can Disable switch off blue stacks ads if you want to create apps on the desktop switch off you want
The last Step 6 On run this problem window 7 put run in the program as administrator do the same thing on thang all users thin click on change high DPI Settings thin click on override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performance by
thin Run as an administrator thin you done
Step 3 was the one that fixed it for me, i was getting a hiccup error idk if it was changing the DPI or running in Administrator, Thank you very much!

@@EmulatorInsider it was already in high performance. Also reinstalling doesnt work. None of the solutions that was even given by the support team works.
Might as well just change emulators even if they are working poorly, still much better than not working at all.

Blue stacks is a joke. Unless you're playing something simple like tetris, it just doesn't work if you're trying to play anything like Cod, mobile or pug, don't bother.
