Soda Can Garden Flowers

Time and money friendly garden that also blooms all year long.Im using bottles filled with black and white sand but i would also just stick them right into the dirt of my outside flower beds.
Soda cans
Xacto knife
Scissors
Different colors RustOleum paint
Floral wire (can also use glue)
Wooden dowels
Something sharp to make few holes (sharp screwdriver or a drill) unless using glue
Beads
Wire cutters
