the mysterious part about bts is that they always look in sync w each other if we were to look at the overall performance, but when we watch the fancams, they couldn't be any more different from each other in terms of the style of their dancing. it's truly fascinating how they're able to express them individually while still performing together, w/out jeopardizing the overall picture of the performance. this is exactly why i'm addicted to fancams, esp of jimin's and hobi's just to see their interpretations of that particular choreo.
I think because they time the highlights of the dances well. They make the bigger picture seem as if they were 100% in sync.

Yas. Thats why we can tell who is who when performing. They have individual style that really diff each other. It fastinating though.
With the first choreo its actually done as part of an acting gig where they played opposite characters so its not just their natural stylistic differences, they are also interpreting the dance differently on purpose to reflect their characters.

제이홉은 스트릿댄서 출신이였던 만큼 프리스타일, 힙팝 쪽에서는 진짜 최고인것같아요
마이크 드롭이나 달려라방탄 같은 빡센 춤에서 두각을 나타내죠 마치 뼈가없는것 같이 관절 사용도 유동성 있고 동작도 큼직큼직한데 하나하나 정확하고 보고있으면 에너지가 넘쳐흘려요 춤 추면서 표정도 여유롭고 웃고있는 표정이 너무 좋음
지민이는 현대무용을 했던만큼 감정 살리고 동선이 우아하고 고급진 그런 쪽에서 빛을 발하는것 같아요. 페이크 러브나 피땀눈물 같은 춤에서 확실히 돋보이는것 같아요
결론은 제이홉은 간지와 스웩이 넘친다면
지민은 우아함과 화려함이 넘치는것 같아요

Being a street dancer before doesn't mean you're automatically the best. That's why Jimin is better, because while Hope was doing this all the time, Jimin was a contemporary dancer and developed himself to the level where he is already being compared and studied by others.
@@Gitta001.JikookMaybe a higher level since Jimin did studied modern dance in an actual dance school like Juilliard. Jhope learned by street dancing, doing battles, joined in a grp. Jhope probably did dance studios but that is diff from a professional dance school like Jimin's.

직접 가서 몸소 체험했을때 호비는 무대를 사로잡는 카리스마와 에너지가 넘쳐서 와아 잘 한다 환호하며 같이 즐기고 감탄하는 느낌이라면 지민이는 무대 시작부터 지민이의 스토리 세계에 내 자신이 빨려들어가서 넋을 놓고 보게 되는데 그 순간 내가 어디 있는지 내 주변에 누가 있는지조차 모르겠고 이 경험은 정말 말로 설명 할 수 없는 경험이었음 지민은 모든 걸 정말 예술로 만들어버리는 능력이 있는데 또 불타나 낫투 등 최근 달방도 파워풀하게 출때는 또 그게 또 너무 강렬해서 지민이만 본다 해도 최고의 분식부터 미쉘린 파인 다이닝 메뉴까지 골고루 다 맛 볼 수 있음

지민이는 춤으로 이야기하는 사람이죠 그래서 노래에 맞게 춤선도 다르고 동작의 파워도 다른거 같아요. 너무 멋진 재능이고 그래서 더 눈이 갑니다♡
둘의 춤은 아예 범주가 다릅니다! 각자 취향이 있지만, '누가 더 좋다' 식 비교를 보면 좀..속상합니다. 특히 호석씨 춤이 요즘 '그냥 완벽하게 잘 추는 춤', '특징 없는, 흔히 있는 춤선'이란 말이 나와서 의아해요. 그건 말도 안되죠.
호석씨 춤선 정말 독특하고 눈길이 가요. 광주 전역에 이름 날린 스트릿 댄서라 기본적으로 스트릿 느낌이죠. 근데 본인 파트 아닐 때 눈에 잘 안 띄는 듯한 이유는, 몸 전체를 '통제'하기 때문이죠.(바디 컨트롤) 평소엔 온 몸을 지배하듯 통제해서, 오히려 물 흐르듯 부드럽고 어찌 보면 기묘한 움직임이 나오는데, 중요한 순간에 폭발적으로 펑!펑! 터뜨려요. 이때 굉장히 쫄깃한 느낌을 주고, 확! 정신이 들게 하고 좌중을 압도하는 압도력이 나옵니다. 호석씨의 음악과 감정 표현 방식은 이런 거예요. Boy meets Evil만 봐도 무거운, 절망적인 감정선을 제대로 표현합니다. 매우 몰입도 높고 가끔은 충격적이예요. 지민씨 뿐 아니라 호석씨 춤선도 정말 독특하고 아름답습니다.
춤에 '기술성'과 '예술성'이 있다면, 요즘 호석씨는 기술성, 지민씨는 예술성만 언급 되는 느낌이예요. 둘 다 기술성과 예술성이 높습니다. 호석씨는 흠 없이 완벽해서 기술적으로 신급인건 유명한데, '많이 볼 수 있는 춤'이란 말 보고 충격 받았습니다. 절대 흔한 춤선 아니고 눈을 확 사로잡는 특별한 춤선이예요. 지민씨는 깃털처럼 가볍다가 한 순간 묵직해지는 아름다운 춤선으로 계속 예술적인 쪽으로만 언급이 되는데, 춤선 예쁘기만 한 게 아니라 이 모든 게 탄탄한 실력에서 온 것이죠.(안티들 중에 '그 놈의 춤선 염불 그만 해라'하는 인간들 있어서 말함) 둘 다 실력, 무대 위 카리스마가 대단한데, 각자의 특별한 춤선을 갖고 있어요.

둘다 강점이 달라요. 막드같은 춤은 제이홉이 느낌을 더 잘 살리고 피땀이나 페이크러브 같은 노래는 지민이고.. 그리고 현대무용 부드럽고 예술적이다. 스트릿댄스 파워풀하다 뭐 이런 편견으로 보지 않으면 오히려 제이홉이 더 부드럽고 섬세하고, 지민이가 더 파워풀한 느낌도 있다는 거.

They are both incredible dances in such very different ways. As they said Jhope is about making movements sharp, strong and striking as hip hop style dance requires, whereas Jimin is so expressive and tells a story with his body so adapts the way he expresses to the style of dance he's doing. I love watching them both so much.

@@arneishaartis9261 because it is wrong. Technically, Jimin's moves are way more controlling and insanely strong. The fact that it *looks* light or easy is just a testimony to how in control Jimin is of every muscle of his body, and the strength to perform it so you don't even see any struggle or "weight" of his moves.
The "more sharp" would probably be the truth here about Hobi's moves. While Jimin elongates and extends his moves, flowing from one step into another, Hoseok moves from one step/section right into another as per count, and "locks" the position after every move.

방탄에 대해 전혀 모를때 처음 방탄 단체 군무를 봤을때가 생각나네요. 춤 잘 모르는 제가 봐도 지민이 춤이 그냥 너무 눈에 띄었어요. 다른 춤도 너무 궁금해서 그날 방탄 안무영상을 하루종일 본 기억이 있네요ㅋ 장르가 다 다른 춤인데 제 눈이 지민이만 계속 따라간다는건 춤 잘 모르는 나같은 사람 눈에도 뭔가 다르게 보인다는거겠죠. 지민인 단순히 춤을 잘추는 사람이 아니라 무대에서 다른 세계로 빠져나가는 사람 같이 뭔가 이세상 사람이 아닌듯 사람을 사로잡는 매력이 있어요

my personal taste, i prefer jimin than jhope, jimin dance is so elegant and beautifull, never seen other idol dance like him before,,
but jhope is sharp, powerfull, and always execute the right movement, even though jimin dance more interesting, but sometime he is not execute the right move, he has his own choreo,, he looks different, he move different,, thats why jhope is the right person to teach other member, im agree jhope is the dance leader.
As someone who used to dance I enjoyed this video. What actually first brought me to BTS was seeing their Fire dance practice and then a live performance of it after having seen it performed by others who I thought performed it well. But after seeing BTS, I was completely captivated by them and knew that what they do/have is something VERY SPECIAL that one can't just replicate though the kpop industry, or any industry. It's similar to what the women were saying in the video, each member brings a different flavor and their individual personality/artistry/interpretation to their dance, and I think, in all that BTS does. Not only is there something for everyone to be drawn to in terms of individual group members, but also why the members themselves, and ARMY, know that BTS is ALL of its members that makes BTS what they are. *Each* member brings their uniqueness to the group in the way they interpret and emote though their dancing, singing, songwriting, and performances that SYMBIOTICALLY comes together as an amazing whole (not 7 different robots). When one is not there, it is definitely felt. It is so amazing how they have balanced the group AND their own individuality over the years...and now, with what they are doing on this "hiatus." With Jimin and JHope...it is not only their dance styles that are different, but their bodies and lines that make them different. I also feel like JHope's rap flows are him dancing his raps just as Jimin's singing is like him dancing with his voice. I can't say one is better than the other, they are just different in the most amazing ways.

they're soo different that's why I really don't like when ppl or even the members compare them and say that one of them is a better dancer than the other, I just think it's very unfair.. I mean they're both the main dancers for a reason not just one of them has that position. it's completely fine if you like one's dancing more than the other, I personally love jimin's dancing the most in the world but that's just a matter of preference. but they're both incredible dancers and shine in their own styles

옆에 뜨길래 들어와봤는데 예전에 본거였네 ㅋ 지민이는 노래마다 표현하는 방식이 달라요. 페이크업 에는 한이 느껴진다는게 그 노래 분위기가 그래요. 노래에 맞춰서 표현력이 다름. 다이나마이트 에서는 살랑살랑 사뿐사뿐 느낌을 살란것임. 근데 살랑살랑 추는 사람으로 평을 한다는게 아쉽네요.

지민이 현대무용은 6개월인가 배워서 예고수석됐고 실제로 고딩때 2년도 안 배운정도인거고 오히려 초딩중딩부터 팝핀해서 중딩때 성인들 다 제치고 우승하고 그랬었는데 암튼 춤타고났는데 지민이는. 파워풀할땐 파워풀하고 암튼 자유자재로잘함 현대무용뿐만이 아님
호비는 버리는 동작?이 없고 지민이는 물처럼 흘러가는 느낌 모든 동작이 이어져서 그래서 뭔가 여운을 주는것같아요
근데 지민이 현대무용만 배웠던건 아닌데....

they’re so different yet work so well together especially during boy meets evil live. the best dancers in the industry idc. they can both do either hiphop and contemporary well when needed. like jimin can do hiphop as seen after debut and even before that like with no more dream etc and hobi can do light dances like he did during spring day and black swan. very versatile in my eyes. it doesn’t help when i bias/ult them both too
Actually Jimin used to dance popping, locking in Just Dance Academy before he danced contemporary. Because in Busan Art School at that time, there are no classes for popping and hip hop and he was attracted by contemporary so he had practiced contemporary dance to prepare the entrance test for a short time and became a top valecdictorian. Jimin was so good that academy let him attended for free. Jimin also had won many skillful and famous dancers in street dance battle when he was a student in secondary school. In Busan, they said that Jimin was famous because he had won a street dance teacher in a battle when he was 14-15. Jimin really was born to be a dancer. He can dance any genres of dancing.

Hobi will forever remain my favourite dancer his stage presence is insane and even though he don't always get centre positions but when ever he does you can't keep your eyes off him like the mic drop and no more dream dance breaks
especially during concerts!!
