In the 90s i used ultimate orange pre-workout Never took drugs in my life but I suppose this might have been the closest thing I was so high I didn't realise that I was lifting weights and I didn't get any muscle soreness I've just constantly pumping out reps over and over , jump from one exercise to other I was still high for next 8 hours after the work out

I always find it hilarious that these meat head gym bros think they have what it takes against a professional fighter. What if it was the other way around and the professional fighter said they can out life a professional body builder, Bradley would be furious. All that muscle makes you slow and tired. Bigger the muscle, bigger the oxygen intake needed, after 1 round, he would be exhausted.

@@DroneStrike1776that is true however no matter how much extra muscle you gain you can always do conditioning training with very high reps to train your muscles to move more efficiently and not fatigue as fast and you can work on explosive sets to train speed of those muscles. So yes once you gain a lot of muscle you should do things to maximise the effectiveness of those muscles because as you said it may reduce your speed, mobility, fatigue etc. Regular stretches, high rep work and training with heavy weights explosively will maximise how you can efficiently use the mass you already have. It’s good to do stretches and conditioning while gaining muscle rather than later because it’s a lot of work to even get your baseline mobility back if you never stretch for example.

It comes out maybe once every half year, it doesnt hurt so much as your brain has a massive ENGINE CHECK LIGHT saying there is something wrong with a joint and it wont move how it is supposed to and you go into fight or flight really quick. Its instant relief, though after initial injury, pain is maybe a 2/10 when it happens.
Before weights....there was Dynamic Tension. Injury-free. Classical training. Ballet dancers have the best NATURAL bodies. Dynamic Tension. Circus Strong-men of Old. Dynamic Tension. No joint-pain. No bad form. No idiots around you,when training at home. Symmetrical body. It's a WIN. I'm 60 years old. Hard as a coffin nail.
