I'm a 70 year old bodybuilder and have been lifting for over 50 years naturally. My doctor has told me that my free testosterone is really low. This is what is wrong with my sleep and brain fog. So I was sent to an endocrinologist. I just started TRT today.
@@shreddedvarun 100 mg. per gram per day. I don't know the ester. That much per day it would have to be a very short ester. When using cream you loose a lot in the absorption. 100 mg. of test is only 10 percent.
I'm not tracking my calories while keeping my protein high . I know my calories a lower but not to low. Feel good and loosing fat with plenty of energy .I've lost 10kg in 2 months. I'm 54 and loving your videos .I've tried keto and felt week and lost energy . Now watching your video'i feel stronger and loose fat . Thanks for sharing your knowledge finally a diet I can stick to and succeed.
I have been following you since I started my body reboot 1 year ago. Thank you for all the great advice. I am down 108 lbs, and my body fat is down to 15%. Now, I am just trying to eliminate the last remnants of my Belly Fat. Soon, I will be solely focused on gaining muscle mass.
Great video Paul, greetings from the UK, sorry two questions please. Firstly as a 56 yo newbie, walking my dogs each day and weight training 3x a week, am I good to go with creatine at my age and every day still? Secondly, what time of day do I take it? I currently have breakfast plus whey protein, walk, then late morning train for 50-70mins then have creatine with my lunch, which I take 7days a week at lunchtime. Would you change the time of day for the supplement. Phil.
The steroid thing is such a tough and nuanced thing and my opinion has changed drastically over time. For the most part I feel it’s up to each person to do what they think is best for them but man just be open and honest about it and don’t pretend you’re natural if you aren’t. For me I’ve never wanted to do it and not just because of the potential physical side effects (I have a buddy who did it for a year and is still messed up several years later from it) but mentally I just wouldn’t feel accomplished. I would feel like it wasn’t my hard work, it was the drugs. But again, to each their own. If one day I have issues as I get older and my doctor and I think I need some help, I’ll keep the option open.
I got blood work done at 30 and had low T now matter how much i trained dieted it was a up hill battle to stay lean, started 1ml Sustanon 250 injections every 2 weeks, over the years i changed my dose and frequency finding the sweet spot of 130mg weekly, 2.5mg injecting 3x per week M/W/F "Less is more" 13 years later now 43 it is effortless to stay shredded year round. still training the same as i was when i was 30.
@@IcedFriction Yep that's what I was referring to at the the end. There's a big difference between medical supervision and treating things like low testosterone to get into the normal range vs taking steroids to go supraphysiological and make made gainzzz. If I end up there (which I'm actually starting to see some signs) I won't be afraid to get some help if my doctor says it's for the best.
Personally I don’t care if someone is juicing if they’re honest about it. If you look super human but are claiming natty, that’s not cool. Also steroids should always be banned in sport, otherwise you’ll NEED to juice just to compete.
I don’t take too much creatine now. Just a couple of days a week. My creatine levels got really high really quick.but as you have suggested I was likely getting quite a bit naturally from my diet . Great channel thanks 🇺🇸 🇳🇿
This whole video is about weightloss, muscle building. This is all he talks about in his videos. For you to work out also the creatine aids in muscle building and performance, with the benefit of weightloss to. Have your food in check and you will be good to go.🙂👌
creatine helps with mental focus and muscle response to work sets, like oil in a car you just feel lubricated, the increased water weight is a number on a scale pictures done lie. when you stop creatine you will drop the number on the scale but you wont look as good in pictures.
Since creatine does not add fat or encourage keeping fat I see no issue with using it while cutting. I having been using it for mabye 10 months and have lost plenty weight while doing so. However if you start taking creatine now and your weight goes up do not be discouraged as your fat is the same it is just water weight.
Ever consider removing sucralose from your products and using monk fruit or allulose instead? A lot of doctors say stay away from sucralose...gut biome, leaky gut etc.
Hey Paul, there is a question that I would like for you to address even if it’s just briefly in one of your next videos. What is the calorie expenditure of a typical weight session? Just something I have wondered.
Hello sir, I greatly respect your experience-based opinions on fitness. Please do a video sharing your thoughts about Dr. Fungs latest video, in which he asserts that calories in calories out does not actually work for losing weight. He asserts that the concept is invalid.
I was taking creatine for about 5 months and initially felt the benefits in my workouts, but then all of the sudden in the past couple of weeks, I noticed my hair falling out! I did some research and have found other people who have experienced the same thing.. has anyone else experienced this? And has your hair returned to normal after you stopped taking it?!
3-5g of creatine a day is great for maximizing power output and enhancing body composition with no side effects when dosed properly and backed by research; highly recommend it to my clients!
I have taken creatine a few times but have never been able to notice anything from it. I do eat red meat daily , 16 to 24 oz. most days. Could I be getting enough from diet to cause no effect from adding more?

Do you recommend creatine while trying to lose weight? I know it adds water weight but would it help long term for weight loss?
I would like to know this too. Thanks for your question!!!

Thanks for the insights. On creatine, 5 grams regarding of body weight whether one is 150 or 280 pounds?
Great video, Paul! I love the questions from the high schoolers.
I need the real question answered...
Where can I get that tank top?! 🥵😁
What about HMB (Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyric Acid)?

If I had to choose between celltech and whey protein, I would take the celltech. I remember feeling a huge pump and strength results from celltech.
it had a ton of sugar in it!

All crap the good ol days oh yea muscle tech & cell tech we used to mix the two at my barracks 😹 good times.
Do you get promotion money or anything from creatine ?
No
@@PaulRevelia just wondering why everyone on the net promotes it. And the side effects are really not that good
