Lokpal of India, Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose inaugurates Digital Platform for Management of complaints- ‘LokpalOnline’.
digital Platform for Management of Complaints called ‘LokpalOnline’ here that can be accessed by all citizens of the country and complaints can be filed from anywhere, anytime at lokpalonline.go....
LokpalOnline is an end-to-end digital solution for the management of complaints against public servants filed under the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013. Justice Ghose said that the LokpalOnline is a web-based facility, which will quicken the disposal of complaints in an accountable, transparent and efficient manner with benefits to all stakeholders. He said, it facilitates handling of complaints during the complete lifecycle of the Complaint, right from its filing to the final disposal and this will bring more transparency and efficiency in the complaint handling mechanism.
The online application form is available in the English language only. A complaint can be
filed -
a) through LokpalOnline Module
b) By Email to ‘complaint-to-lokpal@gov.in’
c) By post addressed toLokpal of India,

Important features of this digital platform are following:
Convenience to complainants for filing complaint online from anywhere anytime
Information to the complainant about action on complaint at every stage through e-mails and SMS
Facility to complainant to ascertain status of complaint at anytime
Identity of the complaint is kept confidential
The CVC, CBI and other inquiry agencies can upload their reports directly on ‘LokpalOnline’ platform.
Reminders to inquiry agencies through e-mails and SMS
Generation of analytical reports as per requirement
An online system that enables people to file corruption complaints with the Lokpal was inaugurated in New Delhi on Monday by the anti-graft ombudsman Chief Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose.
LokpalOnline is an end-to-end digital solution for the management of complaints against public servants filed under the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013.
How can a person file a complaint against a public servant in india
A complaint may be filed with the office of Lokpal of India in the “Form of the complaint” given in the annexure of Lokpal (Complaint) Rules 2020, notified on 02.03.2020 which can be downloaded from the website of the Lokpal of India (lokpal.gov.in/....
A fillable complaint form is also available at (lokpal.gov.in/.... The form can be sent to the office of Lokpal in any of the following manners-
Through LokpalOnline Module
By Email to ‘complaint-to-lokpal@gov.in’
By post addressed to-
Lokpal of India,
Plot No-6, Phase II,
Institutional Area, Vasant Kunj,
New Delhi-110070.
In-person at the reception of the office of the Lokpal Of India.
Documents required for lokpalonline complaint
The complainant has to enclose the following documents:-
An identity proof (Driving Licence, Passbooks with photograph issued by Bank/Post Office, MNREGA Job Card, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, etc). In case a person is not a citizen of India, only a copy of the passport will be accepted.
Proof of residence (Driving Licence, Passbooks with photograph issued by Bank/Post Office, MNREGA Job Card, Aadhaar Card, etc).
The complainant has to enclose an affidavit with the complaint form as specified in Part D of the Annexure of Lokpal (Complaint) Rules, 2020.
Certificate of incorporation/registration and Authorization document (only if the complaint is being filed on behalf of a body, board, corporation, authority, company, society, association of persons, trust, or Limited Liability Partnership)
A duly signed detailed statement making out the allegation.
Copies of documents and other material evidence relied upon by the complainant.

Sir with my friends help I could create my login credentials but lokpal online portal is not permitting me to enter my password showing the same message "only English language is allowed" So I understand this portal is not allowing to use it through mobile phone. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Sir, When I tried to enter my mobile phone number at appropriate place to register myself in lokpal online module, it showed me "only English language is allowed" as error message, though I have been using English language only, got the same error message when tried to enter my email address also and it's not letting me move forward. And while entering numerals, why was it showing such an error message including the name of a language? kindly educate me on how to complete my registration in lokpal online module. Also checked whether I already got registered? I didn't.
Sriram ji, this is unusual. Could you please try on a different browser as sometimes caching causes similar issues
@@Bhavinder sir whatever I told that I did in my mobile phone using chrome. And I will try to do the same using any other browser as you suggested and will update you the same. Thanks for your immediate suggestion.👃
@@Bhavinder sir, few minutes ago I tried again through Ms edge browser and again I got the same problem at same place ie while trying to enter my mobile number. Please suggest me. Already I sent an email to joint secretary of lokpal who looks after web related matters. If I have to try anymore please suggest me.
Sriram ji.. i think let us wait for the response from joint secretary in this regard. also curious to know if you have tried it on desktop browsers as well because sometimes mobile browser behave in erratic manner
@@Bhavinder excuse me Sir. My friend could enter in his mobile phone through my credentials butvam not able to enter in my mobile phone. It showed me same error message. My friend told me to delete all other languages, I did it and tried but no use.

Sir, Maine pehle RTI mein fill kiya, Department ne docoment nahi diye, us ke bad meine first appeal ki ,Adhikari ne online show kar diya humne de diye hai ? Per mujhe koi docoment nahi diye, bad mein meine Samya period niklne ke baad mein Central Information Commi.. Mein second appeal ki ,Unhone kaha aapka time period nikal giya , Sir mein aap se yeh puchna chahataa hun ki mein lokpal online complaint submitt kara sakta hoo...?

@@Bhavinder Sir lokpal online mein JPG Photo download ho sakti hai yaa photo ko pdf mein convert karke load kar sakte hain. Sir kiya baad mein letter bhi post karna padta hai lokpal ko with my signature plus rotary attested..
