@@somayehh.8833 If the bike goes 28mph in Eco mode and 60mph in sport the bike is unlocked. Otherwise you have to remove the black looped wire like they showed in the video.
It goes 60mph out of the box, is 72v so can handle a controller upgrade without crazy expensive mandatory battery upgrades. It also seems to have hire quality parts on it. All of that and for only $4900 Reminder a stock surron is $4500 60v only goes 45mph out the box with the wire cut Has lower quality parts and to get the same performance as the eride pro ss needs an upgraded battery and controller.

Sometimes they come locked and sometimes they don't, I'm sure a lot of unboxing's just don't show them doing this step.

Not sure exactly how many kw it increases. The top speed goes from 20 mph to 60 mph and gives more torque
