What was the one where you pumped iron and got swoll? Or ate too much crap and turned into a lump of lard? I miss that dynamic. Sometimes the realism elements that are overlooked are what make things amazing. Like how weather barely had any repercussions in RDR2, that mechanic could have been used much more effectively.
haha yeah that was San Andreas! old times. the key thing here (for me) is finding the perfect balance of realism and compromise for the sake of fun. I think GTA V struck the better balance than IV in terms of actual enjoyability. Sure, GTA IV may look entertaining in youtube videos showcasing its hilarious physics, but when you actually play the game for real, its archaic and cumbersome mechanics can get in your nerves.
gta 4 is the most overrated video game I've ever played. And no, it can't be underrated cuz it's like the 3rd highest rated video game of all time. I play vice city and san andreas on mobile and I still had way more fun with them than gta 4, which I played on PC.
