I purchased my Ola S1X+ three months ago, and it has been plagued by daily problems. Recently, the scooter broke down on the road, and Ola towed it to their service center. However, they are now telling me that it will take three weeks to repair, which is unacceptable. I urge Ola to compensate me for my losses or provide an alternative scooter for my daily needs. If not, I will be forced to file a consumer case and take legal action. I cannot continue to bear the headache of owning a defective scooter with no support from the company. I request a prompt resolution to this issue, failing which I will be left with no choice but to take drastic measures, including filing a complaint and seeking damages.
