Why don’t you look up some tutorials on track creation. Promise you it would be EXTREMELY easy to learn and you could make an extremely flat map and you could do some crazy top speeds. Isle Of Man has the longest straightaways and if you want to land your jumps, set your suspension dampening's to 0. IE: bump-0, rebound-0, sag-0, everything but springs set to 0.
