5:34 no they didn't... the HD collection had a problem (among many others) where when a transition happened the screen stayed black for a few seconds so people thought they had censored the beginning of that scene, but they didn't, even walking through a door or exiting the inventory the screen would go black for a few seconds, so every cutscenes is missing the first few seconds, the opening of the "can of bulbs" is completely missing because of this... so yes, the people working on the HD collection were incompetent, but Konami didn't ask to remove the scene....
Spec Ops: The Line (2012). There is a sequence in the game where the player uses white phosphorus rounds on an enemy position, only to discover that it was a shelter filled with innocents.

What no Postal 2? not sure how this game didn't make the list considering it's one of the few that provides fun senseless ways to kill everyone including animals :D everything from scissors, guns, machetes, tasers, biohazard weapons, to a literal can of gasoline to pour on people and chase them down while flicking lit matches at them from your box of matches. That and also Soldier of Fortune 1 and 2. The first major game which at the time that pretty much allowed you to blow off people's limbs joint by joint and blow off their head with various high powered weaponry and mutilate their corpses further after you've already killed them with gratuitous amounts of blood everywhere.

Did you look at the violent games in this video? They ARE sick and way too much for kids, or even teens. They are the reason that video game violence is sickening now a days. They are no longer Orcs or Dragons; they are other people!
I'm one of those people who love games that touches into everything taboo and always take new steps for shock value. I also don't really "over think" what I just did in the game, since well.. It's still a game. Everyone has their taste, but I think the games were fun. But then again, I probably am going to go full on psycho I guess?
