I met Imam Siraj several times at the Majlis as-Shurah in the early 90's, and I am glad that he has grown in his understanding of the NOI and reduced his bitterness toward them. It is indeed the condition that should be considered, and in the condition we were in we needed the teachings of the NOI, just as those companions of Prophet Muhammad who were allowed to wear silk because of their skin condition. Allah is Ar-Rahman: The Compassionate. We are constantly growing and evolving.

Did Allah give elijah muhammed a book? A messenger always recieve a book. The final revelation is the quran given to the final messenger prophet muhammed saw. The quran is infact the final revelation of God no new revelation came after the quran.

The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. Mostly all black american Islamic roots go back to Elijah. Elijah civilized and separated the mind of black America enough so they could embrace Islam. Next, nobody ever negotiated the oneness of Allah. Allah always works with man thru man. Master Fard Muhammad made his will one with the will of Creator and this oneness made the spirit of Allah work thru Fard to touch human life. Allah always works with nan to get to man. Nobody ever taught that Fard was the originator of the heavens of the earth. Fard himself prayed. Everyone understood that the originator is not Fard yet Allah’s will worked thru Fard. Next, scripture indicates Allah breathed his spirit in man then ordered the angels to make obeisance to us. Satan refused and to this day man cannot see the divinity Allah breathed in man. Hebrew and Arabic are both semetic. Allah comes from the word Ilah and Biblical Aramiac word Elaha. The true Arabic word for God is Ilah. Hebrew- Elah/Eloh, Arabic- ILah. Are you aware that Christians in Arabic countries refer to god as Allah as well? And that their Bibles which are printed in Arabic use the word Allah?

Because it is important to let them know that what they study is not real Islam. As a muslim you have to warn those people. And he does right with this, because NOI didn't do any good to their people. A true muslim believes that the last messenger is Muhammad (PBUH) and there is no God but Allah!
This is also why Malcolm X and Muhammad Ali eventually found their path to real Islam. I know of Malcolm X he went to Mecca and saw the true light of Islam. It is important that the people of NOI also know this

Real imams call out falsehood and Lies. Unlike these other modern day imams and sheikhs who just tell people to be good instead of pointing out what’s wrong and right isn’t the way of the prophet. The prophet would always Expose the falsehood. The NOI isn’t Islam. It’s a cult.
Traditional Islam by itself is not the solution for the worlds modern problems. The Nation of Islam has a proven track record that speaks for itself. What Elijah Muhammad taught if studied in detail is 100 percent in accordance with the prophetic scriptures of the Holy Quran.

What is not said that Imam Warith Deen has his own interpretation of the Quran that has been taught to only a few of the leadership, and the rest is not shared widely with the ummah, it is troubling as Prophet Muhammad gave the direct revelation of the Quran with the sunnah and hadith as directed by Allah, and here we have a leader Warith Deen creating an very different alternative discourse of the Quran that is very different. I am very wary of this .

Faatir means the Originator in Arabic, this is referring to Allah; as the originator of all that exists; the heavens, hell, moons, stars, planets, plants, animals and even us.
Allah is the the First (Al-Awal) and the last (Al-Akhir). He has always existed and will continue to exist long after us.
Allah says in the Quran "Have you not seen that God has created the seven heavens one above the other" - 71:15.
"And He completed them as seven heavens within two days and inspired [i.e., made known] in each heaven its command. And We adorned the nearest heaven with lamps [i.e., stars, for beauty] and as protection.1 That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing." - 41:12
This proves that Heaven is a real place just like hell, and not a metaphor for us or the earth.
Allah also says "And certainly We created man, and We know what his mind suggests to him, and We are nearer to him than his life-vein (jugular vein)." - 50:16
Meaning he knows us and can hear us even more than ourselves.
Amen means "so be it" in Latin. it is said after prayer for Christians and Muslims, it has nothing to do with the Egyptian deity Amun-Ra.
And if the human can be God then why doesn't God say it clearly in the Quran, why do you keep finding metaphors and not clear verses that clearly says the human is God?

I just viewed yr You Tube clip on "The Nation of Islam to Imam Waris Deen Muhammad." What I find very interesting, besides yr focus on Tauheed, is yr statement about leaving the "play" (metaphor for IWDM's Community) during "the intermission." This statement is made 21 minutes and 27 seconds into the clip.
Well, yr withdrawal from the Community of IWDM occurred in 1981, and it appears that this speech was made in 2012. That's 31 years. al-Hamdulillah . . . it sounds like U've come full circle to the realization of a mistake.
Is that a safe conclusion?

If masajid across the country want to have a lecture about the Nation of Islam, then they need to not only invite Imam Siraj, but any Muslim who used to be in the Nation of Islam and now practice Al-Islam, including those who follow Imam Wallace Mohammed, or formerly followed the Imam Wallace Mohammed like Imam Siraj and myself because we would have far more insight on the history of that movement than anyone else. @Jul Muhammad Brother, Al-Islam has NOTHING to do with Arab culture. What that immigrant brother was practicing was His-lam, not Islam, nor Al-Islam. But I challenge you with these questions: How long ago has it been since the Holy Qur'an was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)? When were both Master Fard Muhammad and the Honorable Elijah Muhammad Born? If Master Fard Muhammad is "Allah in Person", then what does Surah Al-Iklas (112th Surah) say? I also have some differences with the late Imam. I followed Imam Wallace for 8 years before I decided to leave that jama'at and properly follow the Prophet (PBUH). But he did make some important and positive steps. For instance, he had further educated us in the aqeedah, or basic fundamentals of Al-Islam, similar to what the Minister has recently started doing with his group. If there's anything that I agree with you on, is that he should have kept the FOI/MWDC in the community. That was the backbone of the Nation's success! When you take out a backbone one becomes paralyzed. His father, the Honorable Supreme Minister Elijah Muhammad, despite his 3 or 4th grade education was a far better administrator than his son was. However, it was his father who, through the Muhammad University of Islam, permitted Old World Muslim teachers to teach his children and other children of the Nation the aqeedah of Al-Islam because one day, we will practice the pure aqeedah. That wasn't the Supreme Minister's job. His job was to "bring you into the knowledge of self, G'd and kind..."
@Jul Muhammad Also, the Supreme Minister and his other Ministers, including Malcolm when he was National Spokesman, gave several hints that there were differences between what is Islam and what was regularly being taught in the Temple. Minister Malcolm in August of 1959 said it best after Minister Wallace spoke. "Minister Wallace just taught you Islam. I'm not teaching you Islam, I'm telling you about the hell that you caught!"

That Hadith always make me say 🤔 hmmm . Why ask how many prayers when Allah specifically commands just 3 prayers . But then yet he asked Allah 50 prayers but then Musa had to help him negotiate. These Hadiths so confusing he contradicts the Quran in my opinion

There is no negotiation with God. Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him pleaded to God to lessen the amount of prayers. Negotiation happens when both parties are equal. Or if one party has something the other one wants..

D. Fard. In as much as Elijah Muhammad recognizes W.D. Fard as being Allah (God) and claims that Fard is the source of all of his teachings, it is suggested that an exhaustive effort be made to fully identify and locate W. D. Fard and/or members of his family."[17]The FBI took note of the article written by Erdmann Doane Beynon, and it conducted a search for Fard using various aliases including the name "Ford".[18]
The search produced two Fords of interest, one of whom was Wallace Ford, a prominent movie actor. The other was Wallie D. Ford of California, arrested by Los Angeles police on November 17, 1918, on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon, again on January 20, 1926, for violation of the California Woolwine Possession Act,[19] and on February 15, 1926, for violation of the State Poison Act, for which he was sentenced to six months to six years at San Quentin State Prison on June 12, 1926.[20] According to San Quentin records, Wallie D. Ford was born in Portland, Oregon on February 25, 1891, the white son of Zared and Beatrice Ford, who were both born in Hawaii.[21]
On October 17, 1957, the FBI located and interviewed Hazel Barton-Ford, Wallie Ford's common-law wife, with whom he had a son named Wallace Dodd Ford, born September 1, 1920.[22] Barton-Ford gave a description of Wallie Ford, and described him as a Caucasian New Zealander.[22] The FBI's search for Fard was officially closed one year later on April 15, 1958.[23] Immigration records did not match any of his aliases. His true identity remains unknown,:40,74,120,123[12] but there is strong evidence that the Nation of Islam founder Wallace D. Fard was the same man as Wallace Dodd Ford, a criminal in San Quentin Prison. According to Patrick D. Bowen, a PhD candidate at the University of Denver-Iliff School of Theology, fingerprints and photographs taken from San Quentin Prison matched those involved with Fard during the 1930s in Detroit.[24]
On August 15, 1959, the FBI sent a story to the Chicago New Crusader newspaper, stating that Fard was a "Turkish-born Nazi agent who worked for Hitlerin World War II."[25] According to the story from the FBI, Fard was a "Muslim from Turkey who had come to the United States in the early 1900s. He had met Muhammad in prison … where the two men plotted a confidence game in which followers were charged a fee to become Muslims."[25] After the story was published, Elijah Muhammad and Malcolm Xsubsequently charged Black media outlets, who reprinted the accusation in large numbers, with running the story without requesting a response from the Nation of Islam.[25]
A February 19, 1963, FBI memorandum states: "In connection with efforts to disrupt and curb growth of the NOI, extensive research has been conducted into various files maintained by this office. Among the files reviewed was that of Wallace Dodd Ford."[26] Five months later, in July 1963, the FBI told the Los Angeles Evening Herald-Examiner that Fard was actually Wallace Dodd Ford.[27] The paper published the story in an article titled "Black Muslim Founder Exposed As White."[28][dubious - discuss] An FBI memorandum dated August 1963 states that the FBI had not been able to verify his birthdate or birthplace, and "he was last heard from in 1934."[3]
Chroniclers' history of Fard from FBI fileEdit
Karl Evanzz of the Washington Post submitted a Freedom of Information Act request to the FBI in 1978 requesting its file on Fard.[29] Evanzz based his account of Fard's life on the declassified portion of the FBI file that he received about a decade after his request. Evanzz detailed the experience of several other authors who also based their accounts of Fard's life on the FBI file.[30]
From the FBI's response to the Freedom of Information Act request, Evanzz claimed that Fard, using the name Fred Dodd, married Pearl Allen in Multnomah County, Oregon, on May 9, 1914, with their first child, a son, born the next year.[31][32]
Dodd left his family in 1916 and moved to Los Angeles, using the name Wallie Dodd Ford. A World War I draft registration card for Wallie Dodd Fard[citation needed] from 1917 indicated he was living in Los Angeles, unmarried, as a restaurant owner, and reported that he was born in Shinka, Afghanistan on February 26, 1893. He was described as of medium height and build with brown eyes and black hair. On the draft card, "Ford" is written in parentheses. No reason is given. At the bottom of the card, he signed his name as "Wallie Dodd Ford".[citation needed]
As of 1920 Ford was still living in Los Angeles as 26-year-old Wallie D. Ford, with his 25-year-old wife, Hazel. In the 1920 United States Census his race was reported as white, his occupation as a proprietor of a restaurant, and his place of birth as New Zealand. He provided no known place of birth for his parents nor his date of immigration.[33]
A marriage certificate dated June 5, 1924, was issued to Wallie Dodd Ford and Carmen Trevino in Orange County, California. Ford reported he was a cook, age 26, born in Oregon, but living in Los Angeles.[34]
He was born in MECCA 1877 ,he came in to north from 1910 . He studied 42 years to raise the Lost Found Nation of Islam. He began his work 4th July 1930. He finished 1934 . After finishing he signed he's name Wallace Fard Muhammad. He came alone.

+alsdyall Repectfully, I think you may be misunderstanding what he is saying which is the same as what many of the Imams that came from NOI have said. It is true that the NOI says God is one in their literature; however, they then go on to say that Fard is God in person which is also in The Message to the Blackman. This is part of the same concept in principle as in Christianity it puts the creator in the position of no longer being One God anymore. The only difference in looking at this idea and comparing it to Christianity is that the NOI make the creator 2 instead of 3(trinity). Orthodox or mainstream Islam totally forbid anything that even remotely appears to be Shirk (bind/associate/ascribe any partners with Allah subhana wa ta ala). So when one says Allah is ONE there is absolutely no exception. Insha'Allah those who are committing this sin make taubah/repent before it's too late.

Elijah Muhammad's main point was that Allah was not simply a detached spirit or a spook, but that Allah was real. Allah is the reality of our experiences. When Elijah Muhammad says he came in the person of WD Fard he meant just that, that Allah came into that person or manifested through him. It was largely figurative.
The Qur'an says Allah is nearer to us than our jugular vein. The Qur'an speaks in terms like "we" and "our" yet we know the Prophet Muhammad wasn't committing shirk.

Yes, true what you are saying about the teachings. That is what's in the History of Master Fard Muhammad, Message to the Blackman, Our Savior has Arrived etc. However, according to Islamic teaching it is Shirk. The all powerful creator of the Heavens and Earth and everything therein did not come in the form of Fard Muhammad. Allah (swt) did not become one with his creation. The Nation however believes that Allaah is a person in the name of Fard Muhammad who descended on Earth in July 1930. Elijah Poole Muhammad is recognised as their prophet, the Last Messenger mentioned in the Qur’an. In Point number 12 of their Testimonials of Faith, the
Elijah Muhammad said: ‘We believe Allah (God) appeared in the person of Master W. Fard Muhammad, July 1930, the long-awaited Messiah of the Christians and the Mahdi of the Muslims…'”
They also negate the reality of the Day of resurrection, claiming it to be mental rather than physical, and that the “so-called Negroes are most in need of mental resurrection; therefore they will be resurrected first.”
Prayer is not accepted without the mentioning of Elijah’s Muhammad name: “I am the Door. By no means can you get by except you come by me.
Your prayers will not be heard unless my name is mentioned in them … I have the key to your salvation, and I have the key to your hell. I can, if you will let me, pull you out of hell and set you into heaven. Then Ican keep you in heaven; or I can keep pushing you and push you into the punishment of hell until you acknowledge that there is no God but Allah Who came in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to whom praises are due forever and that Elijah Muhammad is His Servant..”1
We need only refer to Louis Farrakhan’s words spoken at his ne plus ultra “Million Man March”, where he opened with the following invocation,
“I am so grateful to Allah for his intervention in our affairs in the person of Master Fard Muhammad the Great Mahdi, who came
among us and raised from among us a divine leader, teacher and guide, his messenger to us the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad.”
Final Call columnist Bernard Cushmeer, (Jibril Muhammad) states in his book, Is It Possible That The Honorable Elijah Muhammad Is Still Physically Alive? that Louis Farrakhan today publicly rejects the belief that Elijah Muhammad is dead, even though Farrakhan saw his teacher’s corpse in a coffin in February, 1975. According to Cushmeer, this belief is so well established, that Farrakhan has said that if it is “determined that the body in the ground reported to be that of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad,
was in fact his, he would stop teaching.”2 It is for this reason that every issue of Farrakhan’s The Final Call newspaper, prints the words, “He Lives” on the inside back page under The Muslim Program. Cushmeer also makes the following claim:
“If you will take the time and read the Qur’an, and look at the arguments of Messenger Elijah Muhammad on the subject of the identity of the person addressed by its Author (Allah), it will become clear that Muhammad of Arabia could not be the man for whom it was ultimately meant…The main thing to know is that the Qur’an was originally written with The Honorable Elijah Muhammad in Allah’s mind as the ultimate recipient.”3
On Sept. 1, 1985, Farrakhan’s wife, Betty, speaking in Chicago after her return from Mecca where she accompanied her husband on Hajj, began her speech with the statement “In the Name of Allah, in the name of His True Servant and His Last Apostle, The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, I greet you…” Thereafter, Farrakhan stated that while making Tawaf around the Ka’abah in Mecca, he had loving thoughts about the glorious Prophets Muhammad, Abraham, Isma’eel, and “my father the Honorable Elijah
Muhammad.”
On Oct. 24, 1989 and February 28, 1990, Farrakhan declared that he traveled to the “top of a sacred mountain in Mexico where he was taken in a UFO to a “mother wheel” containing the late Elijah Muhammad”4
Furthermore, in an interview held on December 24, 1989 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, he still maintained that he accepted Islam in 1955 under the teachings of Elijah Muhammad, and that Fard Muhammad, Elijah Muhammad’s teacher was:
“…a means through which Allah presented himself to Elijah Muhammad in the same manner as the Angel Gabriel was a means through which Allah presented Himself to Muhammad (s.a.w) in the form of a man…”
This should leave no doubt in the minds of the Muslims as regards the true nature of the NOI.

Elijah muhammed claimed he was christ and the messenger of God as well. I respect the social reformation that they given to the black community but why couldn't they have just stuck with orthodox sunni islam and elijah muhammed could have claimed himself as a mujadid which means reformer instead of the messenger of God. Allah was willing to negotiate the number of prayers from 50 down to 5? C’mon.
Yes ,this a MERCY to us negotiated by Moses (peace be upon him) through Muhammad( peace be upon him) .would YOU want ALLAH to ask for 50? This would very DIFFICULT, Allah knows best.
@@petergreen5337 yeah but why would Allah even ask for 50, he must have known it was too much and it would be negotiated down to 5, why not just start with 5 and save everyone some time?
