Personally, I feel like doom slayer could kill a low level saiyan, none of the heavy hitters like Goku or Vegeta, but none maybe someone stupid enough to underestimate him.

The slayer has almost killed the dreadnaught titan with his fists and finished/sealed the job by leaving the crucible blade in the chest of the titan. He also has a arsenal of weapons from the uac, which are more powerful than your regular pistol, or assault rifle. He’s killed tios titan that creates a black hole from existing. I can go on in on for hours.
