WHN 13 - Complete wedge valve production

We performed a test of the complete wedge valve production for a Russian customer. It was the machining of stainless steel seating surfaces with a hardness of HRC 48 - 53 and it was achieved a roughness of Ra 0.8.
After machining, both components were measured and the valve was assembled.
Finally, a tightness test was performed, in which the upper part of the valve was filled with water. In this test the valve passed, sealed perfectly.
