i read somewhere that putting oil in water doesn't really prevent pasta from sticking, while putting salt enhance the flavor abit, just keep stirring to prevent it from sticking
it does prevent sticking but not by putting it in the water while cooking the pasta, the proper method is after the pasta had been drained that is when you'll put the oil..
i know its a old video.... but makes u think maybe it wasnt really jungwon's fault mainly... might have been lee hwijae's fault for the unruly noise complaints... n kept it from her n she tried to save face but in the end... she was criticized n what not which aint fair to them... but i guess maybe they thought in their minds that they are a 2nd generation owner makes a difference... or what they thought would solve things n it be ok if they can change it slightly? 🤔🤔🤔🤔 either way its a shame that particular scandal made her delete her channel... it was still fun to see the twins! also i know the neighbors complained about the reno work done on that house that affected them all... not even the bottom level owners the others jumped on board later on citing complaints... soo i really dont think it was totally fair... more like adding salt to a lil scratch... meh....

yes!! literally all you need to do is stir it + sometimes the oil adheres to the pasta and doesn't make the sauce stick :///
