- This idea just popped up in my head when a lot of people asked me to do a Heart beat video. SO this is a mix of heart beat and mic sounds. Its basically the mics laying on my chest while I gently stroke the fluffy mic covers.

Somehow this almost made me cry... It just feels so intense and comforting and since my boyfriend left to Russia (yes, alter ego,- Russia 🤣) the other day, after 5 weeks at my place, this just touched me, because I miss him so badly.

This made me feel so much better. Whenever my anxiety gets really bad, my best friend plays with my hair to clam me down. I can’t see her right now and I was having anxiety and this helped me relax.

i know i'm late but i just stumbled across this... made me realize how lonely and touch deprived i've really been these past months... i'm a person that needs a lot of body contact and usually cuddling with my friends fulfills that need just fine,, but now that being close to each other and touching a person that does not live with you has somehow become something to be afraid of i've been missing any actual cuddles. i miss hugging my friends and just actually laying on someone's chest a lot.
but, even though this video made me realize that more than ever, it also gave me the most comfort i've felt in a long time. so no worries!

This video got me thinking about a relationship I almost had, but then he crushed my heart, so it didn’t happen. But one night before he did that, he asked me out and we sat on the couch late talking and we kind of cuddled before he went to the couch and I to my bed, and this video brought up all the good memories I shared with him, and I almost cried. This just might be the only No Talking ASMR video that gave me tingles and feels 😢 I will be watching this video again and again when I have trouble sleeping!

Not only is the heart beating and brushing sound calming, but also just the slow and gentle hand movements.
They are so light and calming it makes me feel like everything in my body is numb (lol)
With the right base and audio volume you can feel each pulse of the heartbeat its wonderful
