Things are pretty hectic bro. I've just moved to Dubai couple of days ago, and trying to get a residency so i can get my mother and brother out of that hell hole. Both sides are essentially corrupt, and the war is not about freedom and all the traditional slang you hear on tv. It has ultimately become as Carlin said " a huge prick waving dick fight". In all honesty bro, the so called Syrian revolution has taken a turn towards a fucking primitive chaotic path. I like immortal technique a lot, but sometimes when you listening to only his music, it gets old because every song is about the same subject or similar subjects. A lot of rappers do that i know, especially about women, money and drugs/alcohol. Well at least he does it about important stuff

What you said is true about all artist of any genre. Art is the expression of self but it's not meant to be absorbed as a literal expression of the artist in music as in any visual art like painting. The artist puts an image on the canvas and it's up to us to interpret that image. So even if the message may sound repetitive it really is not, especially when it comes to hip-hop. The different lyric, beat, and rhythm combination should create a different narrative every time if you keep your mind open. And you also have to consider that Immortal Technique is not just expressing himself but is undertaking the role of educating the masses and his message actually varies greatly from exposing government lies to telling under-served communities to band together and rise up to singing about lost love. He's a lot more versatile lyrically then you give him credit for.
