First train to Kerala starting from Mysore | Mysore Kochuveli Express with new model EOG

Although not the first ever train, the new Mysore Kochuveli Express is the first regular train originating from Mysore to neighbouring Kerala state and its capital Trivandrum. Apart from this train there was a special train to Ernakulam once and the Bangalore Kannur/Karwar Express that runs to Kerala (tri weekly). Even though its a tad longer than the alternate routes (especially the MYS KCVL service) its a good move considering the high number of malayalees in Mysore. Also note the new model generator car with passenger seating right behind the locomotive. The other train crossing was Chennai Mysore Shatabdi Express

Wao🤩🤩 before this train name as KSR Bengaluru City - Kochuveli Express and when this train extend towards Mysuru and now this train name as Mysuru - Kochuveli Express that's great👏👍 and this train benefits🤗👏for Malayalam people's and those malayalam people are staying in Mysuru and they can hault by this train in Mysuru Junction.

@@AbhishekNagendran And last year when this train Inauguration upto Mysuru and after that MP Pratap Simha announced Udyan Express extension towards Mysuru. But Central Railway(CR's) Zone does n't allow this train can also extended towards Mysuru. And the main reason is Udyan Express running very late due to more stoppages and signals and that's the way this train was running very late. But CR's Zone said to Railway Minister of Karnataka to launched a new special train between Mumbai - Mysuru(Via. Daund, Solapur, Guntakal, Krishnarajapuram). And when Udyan Express announced extended to the Mysuru but on that time this train was hauled with Diesel loco of WDP-4D end to end with Diesel Traction but I don't like this train running with Diesel loco. But Nowadays Udyan Express hauled with Electric loco of WAP-7 end to end with Electric Traction and also attached with Diesel loco of WDP-4D ahead in Piggyback System from Daund - Wadi(Via. Solapur) line section in unelectrified route. And I'm so happy😊 Udyan Express hauled with Electric loco of WAP-7 and electric loco are very benefits🤗👏 for this train.
