I've been experiencing spontaneous kriyas for over 10 years now after a partial activation occurrence. I am searching for a teacher. Would the north Carolina event provide the opportunity for a seeker to consecrate a sadhana. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Dear@@LarkTwain, hereby a simple and uncompromising YES to your question. The north Carolina event provides the opportunity to consecrate a sadhana. And not just any sadhana; a sadhana specifically suited to the process which you say is unfolding. Warmest regards, Dattatreya

I've been having kundalini symptoms for 14 years. I completely sympathise with the Questioner.

I'm a Buddhist meditator - not yoga (although I also do astanga yoga). But Buddhists methods also frequently experience years of kryias. As there is nothing in Western medicine that would even recognise or acknowledge such energy - its very hard to find help. I spent years having my practice dominated by violent body shaking every day as soon as I applied any degree of mindfulness.
For me my (Buddhist) teacher finally helped my with this issue where monks and nuns in Thailand had no solution. For me over-efforting was a significant contributor. So relaxation of effort in my practice actually helped me lessen this issue considerably. I am not in a position to know if my single case says anything about anyone else's kryias.
These experiences are absolutely real & can be challenging. Try to accept & don't force your practice excessively.
I really like this teacher's advice - wise!

Well done Igor - so important people understand the full timeline or its possibilities for this process. 12 years seems spot on in my case - Katie from Australia x

Katie, I am also in Australia, 1.5 years in Kundalini. Have you found a teacher or been given a Sadhana? Or charted your own path? Thanks

Serving in the world is the key. Not isolating one’s self and not engaging into the world.

When spiritual practice is a lifestyle that includes diet, asanas, meditation, and service/action in the world, the blockages are removed without many kriyas. At least this is so in the system I follow.

In rare cases the whole enterprise may come to full resolution, reconsiliation, atonement and total forgiveness in this life. Nevermind the neo-advaita community, I really see that most of us will need a few more laps. So what? Let's leave that to our Providence and make the best of what we've got right at the treshold of our sweet hearts.

Well I am 6 years in. And these involuntary movements at this point are disturbing my whole functioning. I have to go and lay down every 1 hour.
On top of that I had a psychosis two months ago and got hospitalized involuntary, was forced to take drugs. And now I have to taper of them (these antipsychotics destroy your nervoussystem).
    But we keep trucking on.

What was interesting was during my psychosis I had less kriya's. The energy seemed to be flowing better in my body. The Healthcare practitioners and Dr's had different ideas.

My Kryas are pretty smooth and subtle 3 months into my awakening. It feels like a column of water doesn’t bother me that much. But I’m literally attracting UFOs and angelic beings and critters. I’m not delusional. I have video of UFOs. It’s amazing but that gives me more anxiety 😬 😅 the kryas are fine. And my initiation by an angel that came out my wall and booped me on the third eye! I’ll say this again I literally had an angelic being come through my wall and initiate me. I don’t do yoga or meditation. I’m very shocked by all this. 10 months ago I was agnostic! I’d like to know if Igor knows of anyone that was initiated by a literal angel 😂👀 this is some Crazy ass shit! I’m stlll overwhelmed!
