Ohhh, that looks like a head and shoulders; lets see if it drops. That looks like a rounded top, the end is near for this stock. That dip was a bit deep, I bet it will turn into a dip and rip.

It's still surging today, currently at 9.9! Facinating to hear your insight while watching VVPR still raising and still creating the same pattern as yeaterday. Thank You again for a thorough and well explained video. Today I break the loss trend. I was able to trade VVPR just before the open and into the open starting out with 2 lots and adding as it pulled back had a huge draw down however, I weathered the storm because I observed support at $4 range and after the open it just breaks out and move higher. I was able to lock in a cool $850 and still counting on it. So, after a poor March month I'm able start off April in the green. It's my first trade of the month. I missed CXAI yesterday simply because I used my 3 trades previously.

    I'm going to continue to hold on to my VVPR. They announced that part of the merger means they'll issue 5 shares of Tembo stock for every one share of VVPR...and that CCTS wil buy 83M shares of Tembo stock @$10/share.
    I think as people start to digest what that means, this stock will skyrocket even higher.

    • @richardnicely5573
      @richardnicely5573 2 месяца назад

      My original purchase was 156 shares @ $6.40/share. When it dropped below $6.00 I was getting ready to cut my losses when I went back and read the updated details on the merger...and realized it was getting ready to go back up (which is when I typed the above comment)
      I then went out and added another 40 shares to my position @ $5.50/share making my total cost basis $6.22/share.
      I sold all 196 shares when it hit $7.50/share.
      So, what looked like it was going to be a red day turned out pretty darned good.
      Thank you Lord for not allowing me to dump those shares when I was getting ready to.
      This is my biggest gain so far this year. Over $250 (I've had larger percentage gains, over 20-30% but never with this large a position)
      I think it will probably keep climbing over the next few days and weeks (just like Walmart stock did when they announced a 3 way split a few months ago) however, I'm happy to just walk away with a decent gain on the day.

    Hey Ross, I was watching live with you this morning and trying to trade VVPR at the same time. I know premarket doesn't have trailing stops and I know you don't like to use them because market makers can see those - but how are you able to stop out so swiftly premarket?
    You mentioned a few times this morning as you were trading how you stopped out to go flat on the trade with no loss or gain. And I'm trying to figure out how you do that so quickly. For me, the price would drop ten cents in an instant and then I was in the red. Is there a trick you have to being able to pull out in time to break even on the trades that end up going the wrong way premarket?

      Pre-Market I build a LIMIT SELL ticket immediately after I buy. This way, I only have to hit the "place" button. This also gives me a chance to pick my stop loss, before I am panicked.

    Hi Ross, cheers from Italy :) Today i was on that trade 1m chart as a newbie on paper trading, made an entry on the second micro pullback as you normally suggest (9.47 am NY time), then stock moved horizontally but after 2 consecutive dojis, boom! a big bullish explosion and immediate bearish pullback of 16% down (at 10.04 am), all in 1 candle. Incredibly i set the take profit at 7,40 usd, the bullish explosion touched 7,35 usd before going down 16% on the same candle, missing an 8% profit :( That 7,35 was written as a new days high at that time, but few minutes later, the todays high marked 7,63, always from the 10,04 am explosion candle. The point is that i couldn't take my profit at 7,40 usd (and losed 8%)... kind of TW made a bad data registration... Does this happens frequently? Also, why every time i click the buy (or sell) buttons, the price always slips around 0,20/0,50%on the negative direction... is there a way to avoid this? Btw. Compliments for your great videos!

    I couldn’t resist the urge to write, so I paused the video when you mentioned “what’s going on with this stock” at the 11:42 second. I’m a new trader with a small account, and I said the same thing - what’s going on with this stock? Surprisingly, I made $70. However, I made the mistake of jumping back in at $7.21, just like you mentioned at 12:34 seconds. I couldn’t get out in time, and now I’m stuck with this stock. My re-entry of 600 shares has resulted in a loss of $1194 😢. Perhaps experienced traders can share their insights on determining the right time to exit this position. Is it advisable to do it as soon as possible? Furthermore, there is information regarding a merger in which 5 shares of Tempo stock will be swapped for 1 share of VVPR. What are your thoughts on this?

    I have been watching you for 3 years now and am still not a profitable trader. I have to say, watching you continuously make money each day while I keep losing is extremely difficult 😢. I don’t know why I haven’t thrown the towel yet but I know I will be profitable one day.. I really need this to work for me. I have so much debt to pay.
    Thanks anyway for your consistency Ross. 🎉

    • @addertooth1
      @addertooth1 2 месяца назад +1

      The standard quote is "New traders typically take 2 to 5 years to become "consistently profitable". Most don't have the roll of cash to stay in that long and they subsequently quit. They don't size down to extend their learning period. They bet with big lots and burn through the green (trying to make up the loss).
      Scale down to ten shares, until you start to see consistent profits.

      I’m using IBKR as a broker. They have what’s called a mid price order. It’s a middle ground between a limit order and a market order. Have had great results with it. Even had shares I bought fill at a better price then I thought. Highly recommend.

    Is day trading "healthily" viable/doable when working a 3rd shift job Sun-Thurs, 8:30pm-7:00am, whilst having 4 kids (3 go to school), a non-revenue generating wife who doesn't do anything but make godforsaken TikToks all day, and with getting 6-8 hours of sleep everyday?
    I have 1k into my brokerage and I keep missing out on incredibly lucrative trades often due to trouble balancing my life 😅🔫

    • @taylorvannattan72
      @taylorvannattan72 2 месяца назад

      I’d recommend trading first thing when the market opens, it’s just a few hours after you get off. Have the wife watch the kids during that time. Little difficult but if you want to trade that what you might have to do.
