I think its easy to recreate, as long as youre patient and got the equipments. Chefs say yolk cooks at 65+°C (correct me if im wrong). So you just need to put in a waterbath at constant temp to prevent overcooking. Then coldsmoke it.

Wow, I am soft guy, I know, and this clip of course brought a tear to my eye. And I love the judges for caring so much about family and the small kids, how lovely isn't that? I wish him the best, even if he has to part from family for many weeks from now on.
We can easily judge that he have gone through hard time and he managed with peace n smile, he always calm n never get negative and really appreciate when he act as a leader n saved weakest team member intead of saving himself its shows his generosity. Lin is also a good example for all women how she managed her kids but at the end taste is king As i have observed david alway particular about taste n he loves cooking we can see his passion
Congratulations David, you are a great cook / chef. Quite a difference from concrete work. However, there is also quite a skill to placing and especially finishing concrete.
