How about running the train with 2 locos between Lahore and Kasur? From LHR, 38DN will run with 2 locos (ek aage aur ek peeche). Ek loco Kasur par detach ho jaaega and other loco will take the train to Lodhran. Detached loco will wait at Kasur and get attached to 37UP and take it to LHR.
