You’ve been gone for so long we’re just happy to have you back brother. Post literally anything and everything you got in any order you want, we don’t care. We just want our friendly neighborhood beer drinking electrician back🤪
Usually Fapoff’s deal is that you pay up for the original tool and in that price, you essentially pay for the service. That’s probably why the rebuild kit is so cheap-it assumes you already paid them $190 for the tool.
If you got on a SO truck they would fix it for free. Google Snap On date codes and look for the marks on it. That will tell you the year it was made. I have a 1949 1/2' SO ratchet they rebuilt for free that works like brand new. The high initial price means they will warranty it. I would never dream of actually buying a rebuild kit for my overpriced premium brand ratchets or installing them myself. I do enjoy fixing them nontheless.
Congrats on the Florida trip win, mate. 👍🏽 Good luck when you get there. Be extra careful of no armed men that fart loudly... Nice find with the excavator, 11 bucks for the re-kit, 180 for the handle, wtf! 😳 We all know we pay a pretty penny for the name...
Hey Mike, are you able to update us on your Veto Pro PacTech XL like you just did with your Tech MC? I would like to see what’s changed since your original video. Thanks for considering it.
Hey Mike I saw that Klein flashlight sitting on your bench I was thinking about picking one up. Would you recommend it? Also good luck in the competition I hope you win even if you don't I'm sure it will still be a fun time.
I almost commented on that light. I have one and find it to be very handy. Not insanity bright, but good battery life, and super waterproof. I go swimming in the river at night and it's a champ. 20 bucks though...
@@electricfil 20 dollars isn't that bad as long as it's a good light. I've heard that they have a really strong magnet which would be very helpful since I'm a industrial electrician and there's almost always some ridgid conduit around. I think I'm gonna get one to try it out.
I got a job but as an Electrician Aprentace but the commute was way to much for my first job and I had to quit before day 1 (over an hour) was that a good call ?
Its worth it in the long run. Im a 4th year apprentice and currently driving an hour and 40 minutes one way every day. I used to drive 2 hours one way but i was being compensated for gas money and i wanted to go home each night. But if an hour drive is too much for you then honestly this trade isn't for you.
@@hayesginther897 it's too much for me right now, I'm 18 and have a crappy first car. I'm not all that comfortable driving that far at the moment. I plan on saving up for a truck for more reliable transportation. I still plan on going to trade school but what you told me makes less confident in my ability to become an electrician. Does the long drive ever feel like it's too much for you? Would you ever consider moving closer ?
Luis Hernandez I drove 1 hour both ways previous jobs and I currently drive only 15 mins to work. I am a 2 year apprentice. I would call or show up to every local electrician shop and ask if they are hiring but if not leave a resume. Second I would buy an NEC book and a Black and Decker electrical wiring book and learn to bend pipe. The issue you have is Electricians get paid on what we know. The less you know the less options you have. The more you know the more options you have. You may get lucky and find a local shop you may not. No one is going to pay you to learn.
Makes sense the rebuilt kit is cheap. If they charged out the ass you would just send it back to them for a replacement. Just shows what a major mark-up their tools have.
Steel man cobra was that ratchet. I tried to find it after I saw your video. The comany discontinued it. You can still find it for like 70 bucks but it's not worth that to me.
Fuck i knew i should of intered into the electricians Superbowl...damn a once in a life time opportunity to show the world im a good lectrician...well at least better than mikes tool shead😂😂😂
Scotty Kilmer. Yes, he and sparky have to be related.

Congrats Bro!!! I hope you win it all!!

I think they could make some money with a power pack with a boost buck converter that is CC and CV would be cool

If you want to have fun in Florida skip Disney World and go to Key West. It is like Disney World for adults.
Congrats on the Florida trip win, mate. 👍🏽

Badass bro. Have fun in Florida. Lmao rev up your engines 😂 best of luck man.
@@bengkelbawahpokok6753 why is that? I always try to watch as much as I can and comment when I can
We're happy your back Mike
What do you have to do for the competition?
Hey Mike, are you able to update us on your Veto Pro PacTech XL like you just did with your Tech MC? I would like to see what’s changed since your original video. Thanks for considering it.
Dude Scotty is the bane of my existence
I hope you the best bro
That's cool it has a on and off switch
congrats!
Stoked to see you doing videos again
Congrats! Watch out for "Florida man & Florida woman" 🤣
Yeah winning Florida sounds pretty dope
Awesome video mike
Cool!!!!!!!!Bro....👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 I hope you Win
Good luck
Congrats
I believe i have seen some ideal stuff at The Home Depot but it was probably low voltage
good stuff have a good day
Thats a good point on the rebuild cost but you are missing part of the value its the name
That just means they're probably selling parts at close to cost
lifetime warranty? might aswell get a new one
The warranty is only for the original owner. If you get a tool secondhand it is no warranty.
Congrats and good luck with Florida. P.S.- I'll give ya fiddy for the ratchet😂
Congratulations on being selected.
Selected? I earned that shit, lol. Fastest sparky in the state!
