when I run terraform init, I am not seeing the same output as you do. Also when I run terraform plan i get as below. Not sure why I am getting this since I was following the video
Terraform\code> terraform plan
No changes. Your infrastructure matches the configuration.

I also faced the same issue, just comment out the credentials in your provider.tf and then try. This solved the issue for me.
