Thanx for the vid, I think that Amazon sells the light set with the truck for the same $730 that you would buy somewhere else. I am hoping that they installed it as well as you did!

Hillbro RC: Have you tried downloading the Traxxas App and use the blue tooth to your remote and see if you can turn your lights on and off VIA your phone? I'd sure like to know if that part works. Then you can do it all by the phone from any distance. I own the UDR and been thinking about getting the light kit. Sure would be sweet if that alternative feature worked as well. Great video,Mine came with this kit but I wanna put a headlight and taillights where should I connect to it,I was thinking on the front low bean bar,I also add a side mirrors,To me cars without side mirrors looks so weird…..lol

Which ones can you recommend?, My RC truck has only 3Ch model 6519 KA1867-R01 receiver. Ch1 Ch1 Ch3 Ch3. If I buy the led bar and the front and rear lights through amazon, can I connect them to my receiver? , Or should I change my receiver and change the remote control.? , That traxxas unlimited kit can work for my RC?. Great Video brother....i purchased the UDR fox edition with the led lights already installed.....do you know if the cab is removable with this model??? Thanks in advance if you have any advice.....thank you again...👍👍👍✌
We personally have not had one of those here, but are very confident it's just like the normal UDR. So yes you can remove the cab. Our advice is to not be afraid of getting it dirty, haha, go SCALE IT
Top light bar installed extremely tight, stripped my tool before bottom out. They do not want to come out as smoothly as they should either, what have i done wrong? A closer look shows thats Traxxas used an extremely shallow tool hex that has cost me my light kit.. thanks for the video, looks like this is Traxxas fault.
I am not lying when I say this but I have not broken anything on the udr. I have cracked a lower control arm but I’m still running it. I have blown a shock seals running it in sand but that’s about it.
That's what I like, precisely where everything goes from point A to point B nice & slowly. Now I can do mine when I get it in a few days from now~!

So use shrinking tubes to make it stronger in the front at least..or youll be soldering soon. Remember blue wire is up.

Since the screws dont bottom out before becoming uncharacteristically tight, ive got an ugly 1/4 inches of slop in the top light bar...
Try putting a shorter screw in it
