It sounds so angry and just wants to launch. LOVE IT, and really love the TRUE BLUE as my all time favourite colour. I'll start playing tattslotto i think.
And to all the experts out there, you'd be hard pressed to tell if it's a genuine GT unless you saw the ID tag, let alone be able to decode it.Just be thankful to people who spend the big bucks to keep the legend alive.
By the sounds of that motor. I would want to see a 500hp dyno sheet. Now we have comments to justify a replica is the same as an original. There will always be clowns.
I would like to make a replica GT phase 5 1 of none Falcon. My build would be optioned with an engine no Ford Falcon was ever optioned with. A 429 Super Cobra Jet, ram air, drag pack BIG BLOCK V8!
@@blastermaster2383 No... Have you ever restored a 70's car from scratch? The replicas have better panel gaps than originals ever had, metal protection technology is far better, paint is better, the quality of trimming is better, engine machining is far more accurate than ever before .... what are you talking about?
@@lauriesmith9019 In that respect yes but put an immaculate original GTHO PH 3 next to an immaculate replica & ask someone to take their pick.I’m pretty sure 99.9 % of people would pick the original. You are comparing two different eras when it comes to mod cons. How many people out there with old cars who add power steering, air con, disc brakes, digital dash,CD/mp3 players, electric windows, electric seats & the list goes on mate.I personally don’t want an old car with all the mod cons because it takes the originality away from the car.In their era,the GT was the car.
I vaguely remember as a young bloke going for a run in a friend of the familys black and white XY GT ( couldnt get the smile off my face all weekend ), it had the 3 speed auto in it , it was a really nice example , and back then it was not very old either , and while some may say sacrilege not having the manual in it , it was a very nice cruiser , and still went well . When i was young i probably would have liked the manual too , but sick to death of swapping cogs in my old age .
Beautiful example, but two glaring errors, the left hand mirror is in the wrong spot and that Hurst shifter lets it down. But if people like yourself didn't replicate these cars, you wouldn't see em anymore.
They all drive the same up the road regardless if its the so called real one or not Get that up yar I have both of them People just put shit on outhers because they don't Own one of them
lol actually worth more than if it was left stock & there is nothing like custom 😏 An original is as it was from factory,NO change or replacement parts,so goodluck having one of those sitting on the shelf, instead of enjoying driving it like this guy, kudos to him 💪🍻

Easily one of the best GT-HO Replica's I have seen, I admire, how the builder kept the car in its original color code of Yellow Ochre.
GT not GTHO HO was a Superoo badged
I wish we had the Falcon GT HO in America!
Love the XY

Everytime I see an XY I wonder to myself, is it a genuine GT. I now know how rare they are. I see more XY's than XA's driving around.
Agreed & it is copied for a reason too 🍻
Mate I got a bag full of $15 bills. Do you want to buy them for $10 a bill. They look exactly the same as a $10 bill. Your logic is scary
Absolutely beautiful
Great car to those that grew up in that era

classic beast, so good,
A nice looking XY Falcon sedan in it's original colour, factory 4 speed manual. But if I had unlimited funds I'd buy a rare genuine GT.
Pcorf Creations @ as an investment for sure but to enjoy driving no way replica ftw🙌
Do have any idea rare these cars doesn't if it's a replica u will never be able to purchase a genuine one
Very neat unit, Mike next time your the passenger taking a car for a Fang, sit in the back lefthand seat, camera looking at the tacho, cheers.
Looks better than the molested phase 3 with flared guards, rewelded spring towers that was auctioned recently 👍
