We Filipinos are easy to get along with and we love the people around us; working with others always feels like family. We also treasure the memories, like Auntie Zen's smelly pillowcase kept for almost three decades, that will be remembered for a lifetime and have touched our hearts.

My helper has worked for me since I was 10.. till I was 24 before we didn’t need her anymore. she went on to work for another employer. Last year she was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. she did her operation in singapore. With insurance money. However, reality is the treatments had to be continued back in Philippines due to the medical cost in Sg as a foreigner. Has been really sad she gave her good years to work here in sgp. We benefited and ofcouse her family back in Philippines benefited from her money. Till now we are occasionally helping and supporting here in Philippines financially.

The part that broke me was the revelation that Jonathan had put his "chao chao" (smelly pillow) into her luggage being packed for her return home. It showed how deep the human instinct even at his young age, the concept of a gift to someone you loved and in Jonathan's case, his most precious and possibly something he could not survive without at the time, his pillow.

Thank you CNA for these heartwarming stories. I was an expatriate Filipino executive who had the chance to meet these women working in the countries where we lived. They had a single minded goal to provide a better life for their families so I always thought of them as the country’s (Phil) unsung heroes though I wished it did not have to be this way. At Christmas we hosted get togethers for those who could not go home. It broke my heart to hear their stories , of their longing for home, of how much they miss their families especially their young children. But it warmed my heart when they speak of employers who treated them with respect, decency and kindness, who treated them like family. So thank you for featuring these wonderful families and the children who have not forgotten their ‘aunties’.

A very heartwarming and touching episode. The first face-to-face meeting after 26 years and the teary video call with the family, all these really showed how much both Aunty Zen and the Chua family value their relationship and treasured their time together. Kudos to this channel for having this show. You’re not only showing the sacrifices and how good-natured overseas filipino workers are. You’re also showing how kind their employers are, treating the aunties like their own family. We want to see and know more finding-auntie stories, cos it inspires a lot. More power to this channel.

Thank you CNA for having this brilliant show for the unsung heroes in Philippines. I was overwhelmed watching the past episodes eventhough Im not the auntie. And to the families here in Singapore who are reaching and making effort to see their auntie before,God bless you. May this program continue to create more stories like this. Kudos to the producer and to all the crew.

Just beautiful ❤. Well done . Whoever suggested to do these documentaries…you have a heart ❤️. Our helpers are our guardian angels ❤. My dad has a nanny fr China. She remained with our family until she passed away age 101. She was a widow with no kids. So she had no reason to go back to China.

Thank you for being so nice with your auntie Zen. God bless you and your whole family. It’s always nice to see the positive outcome, the caring employers and the family to my fellow OFW (former). Before all I heard is the negative( employers abusing their helpers). SO nice that still does exist the good employer. We all die and things that we have on earth is not permanent and we cannot take it with us when we leave the earth. Be kind and nice to your helper. Just remember that there is a reason why they are there for you and the reason that they accepted that job. Kudos to the employers whose heart is big, considerate, respectful, and kind.
