Han wants to kiss everyone. Han and Felix both kiss the other members the most. There are multiple instances of that. But I don't think it's romantic love. Their way to show affection is skinship & kisses. Han grew up quite different from the others. He lacked the skills to judge how his actions effected other people, and he is still learning how to deal with other people in a normal way. Hyunjin on the other hand, is an only child. (Till he acquired Stray Kids as brothers) He was very avoidant of skinship for a long time. He enjoys it with select members, and has to take breaks from being around the others to de-stress sometimes. He has become more relaxed in recent years, and actually initiates skinship himself more often now.
