      @@pienixcs I think going to life coaching was good for this specific player. His problem was more phychological than skills issue: thinking about exactly the wrong things during the game. Not thinking about what the other team mates are seeing and thinking about himself during the last round instead of what's going on right now.

    Some context 😎
    I had been competitively playing shooters when I was still in school, after that I haven't really played a lot. I decided to get back into CS2 when it came out, but struggled with just basic cs. Pienixcs helped me get over some fears I had, but also create a general game plan when playing different positions. This is gameplay when I was still level 6 or 7. Right now I'm getting closer to level 10 because of practising what I've been tought. Thanks Pienixcs! 💪

      In round 5. Your reasoning about waiting for your mate is fine. But there is a place between full on throwing yourself at them, and then waiting. And you actually put yourself in exactly that spot. What coach is trying to convey is just a little more pressure. The reasoning is good, but in this situation it is also your job to take all the attention you can.
      It takes a good part of mechanical skill to be able to do this stuff without just exposing yourself to be easily killed. So I definitely get that it is alot easier to say than do.

    • @jonaswox
      @jonaswox 18 дней назад

      Also on that Asite , beginning of the rounds as CT, - In general coach is correct that you should focus on yourself in pubs. That said, holding A you always need to be in sync on whether we are trying to close the ramp, or playing passive. There is nothing in the world more annoying than pushing ramp putting in 180 damage and have full focus of 4 people, and your mate is holding short passive :D And also pushing short , while mate is going back 2 site. Really the point is, always be open about your intentions on this site. Whether you know the guy or not, you can always provide the info of what you want to do/are gonna do, and let him decide if he wants to cooperate or not - and from there you adapt.
      **Disclaimer : Im just giving my 2 cents, I have no expectation or believe that I am some all knowing cs oracle. I have a similar history, playing clan cs in my childhood (something like 2001 until 2005), and then a mega break.

    • @jonaswox
      @jonaswox 18 дней назад +1

      And my last comment: I know the intention of the video title. But I hope that people do not view this as harsh. What he is really doing is challenge your opinions and especially your reasonings. This is not to expose you as stupid or something, it is to force you the player to think about the reasoning. What elevates is when you have already done the reasoning, and can apply good , well thought out decisions, in real time.
      So what he is really doing is to try and exemplify the strength of really scrutinising ones own ingame actions. Not to bash , brag, or anything like that - but to open a door of almost endless potential.

    @pienixcs - step up your demo navigation skills ..
    use your number keys to skip players. not clicking through all of them manually.
    make a 5 second rewind bind. instead of clicking -15s
    make a fast forward bind.
    make a pause key bind. instead of clicking pause.
    shift f2 remove demoUI when the use is playing so you can see HP utility. etc.
    you spend a lot of time noodling through the UI wasting time. You could review an entire match without touching the mouse.
    Better viewing experience better value for your those getting coached.

    I switched to playing more aggressively and the changes were immediate, rush more, face the opponent where they least expect it, attack and crush them, and one final point, ignore your teammates if they are trolling, many of them don't know how to play but tell you what to do when they are spectating or starting the round. Just focus on yourself and things switch instantly.

    Very interesting video in the sense that it explains the reasoning of the average faceit player. All in all it seems that the problem begins from the fact that the average modern player never was forced to behave properly in an actual team cs game to be given the chance to play again with the same people. Apparently the "Free" "Click to play button" has ruined the level of gaming as has made people clueless of what teamplay is (not their fault that pug platforms do not offer bette experience) but still.

    Disagree. Pugging is not about improving your own game to win. It's still a team game. Most players aren't JL. They can't 1v5 and win 13 rounds. Pugging won't improve until people learn smokes, strats, areas of maps, etc. No point in calling donut if not one on the team knows where that is. If everyone is solo queing and banking on good aim to win, CS2 won't improve.

    Nawet nie wiesz jak mi siedzi Twój content z coachingu haha. Nie jesteś coachem, który tu poglaszcze po główce, tu da jakieś oklepane pro tipy które w żaden sposób nie przekładają sie na styl gry twojego podopiecznego, a następnie po prostu zgarnie siano i powie gl hf. Ty po prostu walisz prosto z mostu, tłumaczysz każdą sytuacje, pokazujesz sposób myślenia, analizę, opcje, drugie dno każdej sytuacji, a w tym wszystkim pokazujesz, że nie trzeba być niewiadomo jaką jebaną alfa i omegą, żeby zrozumieć mechanikę gry która tak naprawdę jest samą w sobie prostotą niezmienną od wielu lat. Jako ziomek, który dużą częśc życia poświęcił csowi i coś tam już postrzelał swoje muszę powiedzieć że no oko raduje się jak widzę takie kanały jak twoje w dodatku wychodzące bardziej za granice. Samych sukcesów stary :))
