People need to choose if they want good leaders they need to protect the good leaders. Leaders are just humans if they get hurt or threatened without consequences too many times they will stop being good leaders. So citizens need to make a choice to be citizens and protect their future in the form of good leaders. Or they can just watch it happen and do nothing then they will lose good leader. Question is simple why should leaders struggle to be good if only reward they get is just getting hurt and no one protecting?
