I don't know to explain this... I have been meditating for about two weeks now on one specific scripture. This morning as I lay awake the voice said to me go pray and I made my way to my prayer room without hesitation. I have to admit that my prayer life is already explosive and full of fire, but this morning while fervently praying in tongues I found myself still meditating on the Word at the same time. I never felt that much power in my prayer unless I have been fasting a few days. I couldn't stop the prayer flowing from my lips! It was energized by the power of God. It's the first time it happened to me. So just now, I got to my computer to put on some worship music and I saw the title of your sermon looking at me "Praying in Tongues while Meditating. God Bless you!

I went to their house and just suddenly ended up preaching this message it came from no where and I went on for 2 hours. Wow Im so blessed by these teachings. Thank you for the sermon notes. I follow along as it is being taught. I find my mind does wander and have gotten in the habit of listening to teachings on the benefits of tongues while doing it. It keeps me motivated to continue. I feel like praying in spirit is akin to going to spiritual gym and just like going to the normal gym, the last thing your flesh/body wants to do is workout. However if you maintain the discipline in time you become fit and strong. Similarly, praying in tongues makes you into a spiritual powerhouse. I become less carnal, agitated, anxious, etc. Things seemingly roll off my back compared to when I don't. It also helps me to operate in my giftings more easily since I submit to the Holy Spirit more readily. I could go on and on. It really makes a difference
