It takes time and effort to nurture people and get them to deliver to their optimum . Trees take time to bear fruit . Weeds grow quickly and need to be cut off to keep the healthy plant to survive .

My company has had 2-3 layoff cycles in the last 6 months. And now me along with most of the talented employees have left the company, now they are struggling to find competent people because their budget is too low.
