Hi, I've been educating myself on commercial property for the past few months to roll out my company to start doing RE equity deals. I found this to be one of the clearest, concise videos, and I appreciate you taking the time to do it. It was very helpful. I have seen many videos and this is one of the best. I usually don't comment but had to for the good job. Thanks
Good training Peter, learning every day from you. The best motivation to start the business day.
this stuff is gold.
Thank you for sharing this, Peter. I love the newfound insight that I'm gaining from your videos.
You are a life saver. This content is life-changing. Thank you for doing these!
Excellent info! Simple and to the point. I have my first large deal in AZ. under contract and will use some of these points to find the down payment. Thanks for the time and effort Peter!
Best advice frankly is spending time and money on networking, coaching and/or a mastermind - it's the fast track to success
Excellent training Peter, I'm completely new to Real Estate Syndication but your training was so crisp and clear that it got my attention and interest. Good going thanks so much
Thank you for this wonderful Channel. Your time and effort writing books and making these videos made available free to anyone who is interested is a gift to humanity. Your cool no bullshit attitude just cool man your great at this and I appreciate your help. I learn better from you about this subject than anyone else I can find on RUclips. You stand out in the best way 🌹🕊️✊

Thanks Peter, another great video! I'm putting together 2x 24-unit deals right now as well! Bit of a different strategy, more of a reposition for both.
After watching your video, what I really like about your real world example is how you put it into perspective for me.
How your student was able to use other people's money to get the deal, then his exit strategy was to buy and hold it for himself in the end, but still gain clout with his investors to invest again with him the future.
I'm looking forward to see how many people that I know who are thinking about real estate investing. Great suggestion, Peter. Thank you.
This channel is a gem
This is a life-changing video!
I enjoy your trainings. They are informative, organized and thorough!
Thank you, so very helpful.
This is great information...
Excellent Lesson. I have learned so much today. Thanks for the clear explanations.
Thank you for this. Very informative ✌🏾✌🏾
I'm sorry I don't have much to say, I am very. very new at this but everything you're speaking about makes a lot of sense to me.
Ty soo much.. It's working gathering investors with your way of setting up the deal is plausible.
Hey peter,
Thanks for the videos...
Awesome video explaining the fundamentals!
Most helpful video in my search for info thus far
Thank you. This was EXACTLY the type of info I was seeking. Stepping up to bigger deals and doing the proper research.
Did it work?
Super Legit video Peter! Im swallowing all your content whole and ready to pounce! Speaking with your advisors today! cant wait!
Great video! Thank you
So interesting , thank you these great videos
Excellent training
Excellent video! I’m gonna watch this one a few times and take notes FOR SURE!
Excellent Peter 🤟
Thank you for watching!
Thank you!!
HI Peter! First I want to say I enjoy all your videos, and you are doing an awesome job delivering your knowledge to a beginner like me. After watching this clip, I would like to learn more about the payout structure between the investor and equity partners during the lifetime of the project (monthly CF) to the exit (like a sellout), could you please make a video that goes a little more in-depth on that subject? Thanks!
You have a good heart. Thank you.
thanks for the tips
Great words of wisdom
Great video! Thanks for the information !
Thanks Pete for a very well explained lesson. I will point out- I'm not quite sure where you will find investors that will accept a 25% equity split! From everything I see; I think it is foolish for a new investor to even think of such a scenario. The typical today is a 7-8% preferred return and a 70/30 profit split- 70 to the investors, 30 to the syndicator.
Another really great video Peter. Lots of good information. You explain the material in an easy to understand way. Good job. Thank you.
Peter, I would like to learn more about "TENANCY IN COMMON". Have you ever thought about making one of your terrific videos on that topic?
Very informative, thanks for your time and effort.
This video is a blessing, thanks for the info
Thank Peter, You are a jewel. I need to learn how to do this so I can become rich and retire.
great video brother ! thank you
Great Video, Thanks Peter
This is eye opening!
Phenomenal! I'm a real estate agent here in Socal
Good information. Thank you.
I really needed to hear this!
I love the content of your videos. We are in residential RE now, but looking for commercial next year. Will bring you in. Comment: try painting your wall blue so there are contrasting colors in your videos.
This was a masterpiece
Good Video Peter
Yes this is sweet info. Thanks Peter. Ever come down to Florida?
got it disregard. Awesome content!!
OUTSTANDING VIDEO!!!!
Love this video
I have downloaded the Executive Summary. Thank you Peter. I would like learn about the SEC Laws & Regulations regarding Commercial Real Estate Syndications.
Thanks, Good stuff.
Helpful 🤜🏼
Wow I wish I had learned this terminology 2 years ago! I got myself involved with a partner and we bought a 4plex with mostly my money. I knew a syndication is what I wanted to do but didn't know what it was called to learn about them :( I've tied up most of my funds in this property. I will be joining a syndication next!!!!
Is the 4plex cash flow well? If so you can continue manage that to gain the experience. That will be helpful for any of future commercial realestate investment.
Great video
Excellent training Peter....I went to Comm. REAI meeting yesterday and I kept hearing that term Syndication. Now I know and understand. I will focus my energy on learning the process fully. Do you have a book where you talk about this?
Great info Peter. Thank you so much. I have been investing in SFH's and I'm ready to upgrade to commercial. I am unable to pull the link for the free books and would love to get them, can you tell me how?
Very nice and informative video, thank you for this! i have a question,i didn't understand one thing, what does 8% capital value increase mean? i don't understand the math behind the 540,000$ where did it come from?
I can’t even fathom who would give this a thumbs down.
Hi Peter. Thank you so much for the great breakdown of RE Syndication. My question is that in the example deal, how much would the 25% equity split be equal to for the investors when the property sales for $1,465,000?
Hello
What is the difference between the Ownership stake and Equity investors?
Well Done
Hi Peter, This was great! I'm putting together my 24 right now. I did not see the link for the PDF, however.

Thank you!
Mr. Harris that would be a great content video on s.e.c laws and regulations 🤯
Ty
In the case example, you said you paid off the investors after 5 years and continued to pay them? How much were they paid and does the investors get any of the appreciation? Love your video's.
I just started watching your videos and I have to say I'm humbled and impressed. But I have a (probably rude) question.
Your videos are very generous. What exactly do you get out of this?
Out of the millions who view my videos, a select few choose to work with me in my Protege Program and we do deals together and share in profits.

@8:17 Respect!
Does this apply to rentals? Ex: if I wanted to rent out a house i just fixed up could I use money from a syndication or could I even start a syndication.
Great info, hey Peter I'm Looking at an out side plaza that has alot of empty slots. It has one supermarket a DD and a couple of fast food restaurants but it still about 60 percent empty. Do you have any information for me and how I can begin to pursue this opportunity and how I can get investers, like the government or state for assistance. It has hope.
shit its gustavo from breaking bad!!! good vid!
Peter, what would you say to someone who has no money to put in on a CRE deal, but has the experience to run the aspects of the syndication?
Go for it.
Excellent presentation, how to get the free book
wou it be good iea to start the business as an S-Corp with syndication an important option?
Under promise over deliver!
Would you ever suggest taking out a loan against your 403B for a deal?
To get started in real estate investing I think places likes Detroit and Midwest in general make a lot of sense, as the property values are significantly lower.
They are certainly lower than other parts but don't kid yourself- they have skyrocketed insanely as well in recent years.
link for executive summary?
Hey Mr.Harris. What are ways to raise rents when implementing trash collection for every resident in a 375 unit community? Thanks

Again, you're speaking to me about friends and family being broke. Guess I have to change my thinking. Not how am I going to find money? How am going to find investors to make them rich?
I didn't get the executive summary link
do the student retain ownership of the property after giving the investors a return on their money and the original 200k back? or did he sell it and keep 50% of the profit while distributing the other 50% to the investors?
It depends. It can be very difficult to maintain majority principle ownership in a deal when you have little or no money in it.
Can anyone explain how I can do this with no expirence and no money to buy large multi family
What's the link to the executive summary?

At about 35min, the investors get a small ownership, is this indefinitely? Or does it last a number of years?
Indefinitely
@@CommercialPropertyAdvisors Thank you Peter, I have almost watched all your videos. Just wondering if you're looking for another protege student at the moment and if it's a good time to apply. thank you again.

So if the investors are putting up the dp cost who pays for the repairs the person who syndicate the deal?
A smart syndicator raises the funds for the repairs too (or some of the money could come from the monthly cashflow).
I would like to become one of your student's
