Get the infuser if you can and a manual grinder (or a DF 64/83 if you can afford) Breville grinders are flimsy trash though the coffee machine part is good.
That's what I have. Mr. Hoon himself recommended that a long time ago, saying that the Infuser and Express both have the same features, aside from the built-in grinder. The Pro has the same features, too, aside from the grinder and a different heater (turbo-jet)
@@PatrickChong-ud3lk the pro is kind of tempting but I wish they'd come out with an infuser version of the pro without the grinder I don't need or want. I think I want the Flair 58 next though even though the infuser does the job fine so I'm not in a rush to upgrade. Getting a decent grinder is the most important I find.
@@Iridescence93 Yes, you're right. The Pro is tempting. I like the fact that (through the display) you can change temp settings and various other settings without having to go through a "secret handshake" method that you have to do on units without a display.
Nice! Enjoying my Breville Touch as well and just upgraded to DF64 G2
Only downside being the grinder/better off with a bambino/+ external grinder in my opinion
Is there a way to analyze how good a shot is in terms of bitterness /acidity if you only drink milk based coffee?
Did you get any hands-on with the Oracle Jet, seems just a screen refresh of Barista Impress with auto-tamp, but priced above Oracle Touch smh.
I love my Breville Touch!

What about upgrading from Pro to Dual Boiler? Worth it?
Most definitely. Make sure to use a good grinder with it.
@@HoonsCoffee thank you! I have the Niche zero which I use instead of the inbuilt grinder in the barista pro
I love my breville machine too.
