Ive been doing an arena career recently, and this episode reflects how it feels to get the rhythm of combat to me. Im 'lucky?' enough that I dont have any habits to unlearn cause Ive got maybe 25hrs gametime atm and I started after the combat update. But watching you, reading folks comments and tips here, and looking around online; I can feel a definitive rise in what Im able to do. All this makes me want to start fresh on a dungeon run cause I wanna explore more and allocate my skills differently, its minion time!
Do you happen to have a ton of coax splitters in your home? I live in an older 50s home in the USA -- I had to run my modem/router directly off of the first split in my coaxial in cable so it got a 50/50 split between internet/TVs, then split the remaining 50% between the spaghetti (for tvs) they had ran to every single room around the house. Dunno if that makes sense, but you have to give a TON of your signal to the cable modem or it will get spotty if your house is anything like mine. Ideally you'd want a 1 into 2 splitter going directly to your modem/router, then the rest to TVs/Cable boxes/Phone etc whatever else uses Coaxial.
Side note, if you have cable internet, and are in the US(Not sure of your location) you can buy your own Cable Modem/Router and save about $10/month, paying itself off after ~4-6months. They charge you rental fees for their equipment and it's absurd. The one I bought has been going strong for 4+ years now without a hiccup(minus the providers service). I have no streaming services, everything goes through a simple 20mb down/2mb up connection, and we have multiple streaming devices (tvs, smart bulbs, switches, surveillance cameras, cell phones, tablets, my media center) throughout the house. I ballpark 320-400tb/month of data usage without the typical "I get 1gbps fiber". Look on your service providers website for acceptable hardware, or I can shoot you recommendations if needed.
Piggybacking off this; if you had any kind of storm a little bit before the spotty connection, or if you live out in the country, it's worth seeing if you can schedule them to check the cables running to your house. My roommate and I were having similar issues, having to constantly call to "optimize" (which I'm pretty sure is actually just resetting/refreshing, but people are idiots, so they use the more laymen friendly word) our connection, to the point we had to do it every day, I asked them to come physically inspect our cables. Turns out, a groundhog mama made her den right by where the cable had run through the ground and had clawed/bitten through the shielding. They replaced the section of cable and things went a lot smoother after that!
What a glorious return to form! Something about taking out swarms of ghouls with a flaming sword is so satisfying to watch.
