as someone played cs semi-pro back in the day.. 1998-2008 ,then a bit in 2008-2012
i find cs2 to be weird and too casual feeling compared to classic
netcode or hitboxes seem weird, why the fck bullets land nowhere where my crosshair is on the head at all times, recoil must be completely different , and weird rubberbanding... jumping and ducking just slows u down.. annoys the fck of me how u cant bunnyhop and "surf" around the map like in classic
also.. wtf mmr in cs2 is so inflated that the numbers are into 20k ? :D:D:D

Pretty sure the guy's a second gen Chinese that grew up in the UK, hence the perfect accents for both English and Mandarin/Canto
Him saying he's in Hongkong also just confirms that. Also I have a feeling CS2's ping is different to CSGO. I was playing west coast NA with 100ping and I'm in the EU.
He could just be from HongKong and use something like ExitLag to get a better connection to EU servers.

BTW in China theres smt all gamers use, its called a 加速器 which literally translates to "Accelerator", it greatly reduces ping when playing on servers based outside of China which probably explains why he only has 120 ping

@@banjo491 It depends on the accelerator software u use. But usually theres a "chinese" and "international" version, so no, it works globally
I used a different one to play on Chinese servers from the UK for League, i got 140ms

His Chinese accent is definitely not from Hongkong, I’d say he’s from Guangzhou, also its easy to type traditional Chinese just by ctrl+shift+f, he probably just has a lot of friends who don’t live inside China

We’re forced to use vpns in China to play in these servers (since otherwise it wouldn’t let us join) and it lowers our ping drastically compared to someone who doesn’t, so yeah, me playing for example OCE server from China is like 150ish ping, versus if my mates in OCE were to play in China they’d be like 220 ping

Neok, the earth doesnt look like the map lol. HK to Finland is like from The Netherlands to Florida which you would get similar ping. About 120-150 depending on the intermediary servers

not really I mean you want to disable ragdoll prediction it doesn't help at all. Also other issues with netcode. Some of it is fixed but I think their servers need updates. It's better than it was though imo

purple should adjust their dpi a bit and get around 600-820eDPI. Some great shots but idk they could be way more accurate with pistols as well, unless they were nervous or something. I wouldn't blame them, I wouldn't wanna perform badly on a stream but they did well. Something tells me that bog is going to unprivate those comments and neok will still post a comment.

~124 ping is the average between Finland and Hong Kong as there's routing nodes interconnected between Finland > St. Petersburg > Moscow > Yekaterinburg > Hong Kong, i can get 134 ping to Hong Kong from Sweden

So there is not really a uniform "social credit system" in China, more like local initiatives which relate mostly to economic status and financial possibilities. F.e. to get a loan for something or the possibilty to open a business. China is a massive country and there is no uniform system in place which would be able to track this amount of people

Pretty tame for the "most insane" chinese cs2 player...
Not too bad, but yeah I've seen much more cracked players--this was before the major though. The player uses the ak weird. I mean he's aiming lower and then letting go at a certain time, the only ways the ak would spray like that, means he stops controlling for recoil but fires a couple more shots and has that partial pattern somehow down but this is very difficult to do, but the enemy dies anyway, that's a risk I would never take. Idk maybe he's done 100,000 9 bullet ak bursts. I would imagine his gaming mouse has the dpi cranked up with in game sens super low....reason being, the only time I could get the ak to do that kind of recoil snappy burst fires, was super high dpi (think like 25,000, and then a low sensitivity in game of like 0.038). I mean, it's a decent way to play cs, but ideally you want to be "skipping pixels" to have more control in a spray and to also have snappier aim, so a lower dpi of no more than 1850 is what most people use, usually much lower. So I am guessing he is contending with low mouse space, which I also contend with, but my aim improved with a lower dpi in general. It makes shooting the pistols much easier, which is what he had some trouble with. I'd suggest he switch to 1850 if small mouse space, angle the keyboard more :)
