Having lived through a brain tumor and surgery I would like to encourage you. Others may not notice but I have lived it. The aphasia will get much better with time. It's a huge struggle and made me so angry but I continued to do public speaking engagements and gave myself cues to stay on topic. You will get to the other side so keep plugging along and know that I am your personal cheerleader!
@Carlene thank you for your comment and personal experience. I’ve told Jeni about my tumor experience but never even thought about the aphasia I had for years before my diagnosis. Just realized it’s gone! It’s been 5 years since my surgery but it’s gone!
I am just seeing this video in my feed. I am so glad you did this video. It's real life. There were and are many prayers for your full recovery. One day at a time. Peace and blessings.
OMGosh, you made that look easy. I was under the impression they were more difficult. This is something we will be enjoying in the near future. Thank you 😄
Perfect timing! Just got back from Vegas and went to Wollensky and Sons and had their roast beef with carmelized onions popover. Best meal of the trip! Now, I can experiment. Thank you.
What an easy fast recipe, I've never made these before! I want to try them out, but think I'll get a popover tin first. I just want you to know I am so happy you are recovering so well! It is just lovely seeing your videos and l really enjoy your content girl!
Greetings from East Texas! Hey Jeni 👋👋👋. These look wonderful. I’ve never seen a “popover pan”. Guess I’ve spent 65 years under a rock. QUESTION: can you make these in a cupcake pan? LOVE your Quality Assurance Team 💕. And the last minute or so with the Little and her Pigtails peeking through the step-stool. 🥰 She looks like my Daughter did at that age. Thanks for another great recipe! You are looking great! Blessings to y’all.
I have had a pop over pan for years. I have been very intimidated to try, (not a baker). Thank you for all your knowledge and help, I will try these now. ps, you look awesome!💖
I’ve never made popovers always thinking they’re so hard to do. Thank you for showing they’re not ☺️ I tried to add my crocktober recipe to the playlist and I can’t seem to 😕
I love popovers but mine never puff up much. Guess it is because i am using a muffin tin. Need to get a popover pan. Thanks for showing us how easy it is to make these. Blessings.
My Grandmother used to make popovers. They were sooo good! I had forgotten about them until I saw this video. Now I'm gonna have to make some. Yum!!- Thanks for sharing!!
Many years ago there was a fabulous restaurant in Boston, The Proud Popover, they served everything in a popover, omg it was so good. Everyone always left it up to me to decipher recipes, and I was pretty sure and checking sources in later years, hot oven, cold greased pan. A business that big and popular was not about to be handling hot popover pans in the amount they were making. They brought you a basket of hot popovers to start, with honey and butter, now I must make popovers this week it has been a while. Funny thing the measurements when I look it up are exactly as I wrote, never use a mixer, just a whisk.
Thanks Jeni 🦋 So good to have you back in the kitchen, teaching us 🙂
Glad to be back!! 😊
My grandma use to make these. These really bring back memories.
Thanks Jeni, always good to see you .
These look fun and easy to make, ....grandkids will love them thanks for sharing. 😁
Yw! 😊
When times have been tight Popovers were/are one of my "go to" recipes because everything served in them gets a flavor boost.
Thanks for the great demonstration - the popovers look yummy!

You are so welcome! 😊
Thank you for showing how easy these can be! I never would have thought. You're a master in the kitchen.
You are so welcome! 😊
In Canada those are called Yorkshire puddings. And imo, the only thing that belongs in those is gravy from a roast. 😍
PS they look delicious 😋
Yorkshire puddings are beef fat, popovers are made with butter. There is a difference. 😊
Got to make these!
When I was in my 20’s I got to eat popovers at a mall store restaurant once in a while and loved them. It would be great to make these myself!
Now I want a popover pan! Parmesan and cracked black pepper are my favorites but that cinnamon one is calling my name.
OMGosh, you made that look easy. I was under the impression they were more difficult. This is something we will be enjoying in the near future. Thank you 😄
You are so welcome! 😊
I made popovers along time ago, but I still have my pan. I will give it a go. Thank you.

I want to try this. I’m glad you used powdered milk so I know that it can be used for baking. Do you use the whole milk variety?
Yes
First let me say you look amazing lady! These look so good! Do you have to use that special pan of can I use a muffin pan as well?
Thank you! You can use a muffin tin, they just won’t puff up as high.
Great job! Those do look fantastic and I like the change up suggestions! Herbs 😋😋
Aren't grandkids the best ☺️
Absolutely! ❤️
Hubs has been bugging me to learn how to make these.
❤👍
