How to Remember Enterprise Architect ADM Phases( Architecture Definition Management Phases) ?

I would like to share how I remember the Enterprise Architect ADM cycle and its different phases, one of the core topics of Enterprise Architect.
As a TOGAF/Enterprise architect and to crack the Enterprise Architect part 1 exam and also for TOGAF related Job interview its good to know how to draw ADM cycle with details
