Hiiii!
Wooo finished up my first two weeks as a new business owner in my new suite! It has been so amazing and I absolutely love being in my own space!
I posted a little reel on my Instagram doing a voiceover on a day in the life of an Esthetician video and a lot of people told me how they love my voice. So I decided to try doing a little soft spoken talking in today's video explaining a couple things I'm doing and using. I hope you enjoy :)

As someone who struggles to slow down in life and be kind to themselves, I find ASMR gives us a chance to pause, which encourages us to take time for self care and to prioritize our mental health. Great video, I personally think it would have been easier to relax to without the music, or at least have the music be the quieter sound
