the dealer does not leave after 5 mins, it's when the restock timer reaches 0.
most of the time the restock time can be up to 11 minutes pretty sure and sometimes 8 mins

I have a question about the locations.
When the Rebel Dealers spawn, do they only spawn in 1 location or do they spawn in all 6? For example: When they spawn are there more than 1 (Like regular dealers) Or is there just one Rebel Dealer?

There is only 1 at a time they spawn about every 1-2 hours also some times they spawn like a few feet in different spots but you can hear the music

only 1 rebel dealer can spawn, they spawn in sewers, 6 locations

once the restock timer (or despawn timer you can just call it anything you want) reaches 0, they will throw a smoke grenade on the floor next to them and they will disappear after the smoke has covered the entire area around him, there's no special animation, just like a normal player pulling the pin from a grenade
