The reason you’re seeing both outlet and full price retail at the Coachella you visited is because it’s most likely a hybrid store carrying both made-for-outlet and retail pieces. The floor units are scratched/not prime due to clients grabbing and trying on the bags without care. Unless it’s the last piece, I’m sure the floor units weren’t gonna be sold to you. In sure they had new units in the back

Could be overstocks, discontinued, buy outs, just anything. Or made for outlet, don’t know if that’s a thing for makeup.
