so Zani could be the first main DPS that main damage come when she is off field, so a team of Youhu (who buff coordinate attack), Zani + Glacio DPS could be possible, maybe with Lingyang? So Zani outro is to buff Glacio and basic atk, and her coordinate attack happen when other attack, like Mortefi. But considering we just have Glacio, it could be Aero since we only have 4 of them, and only 1 is usable, maybe a buff for anyone who main Aalto? like a dual dps between Zani and Aalto can buff Aero DMG. @Io_Onigiri-d3m possible, but according to Kuro's habit They often allow us to try units who is about to release next which we got roccia instead of brant or Pheobe I believe they made this adjustment in a rush Because running roccia along with Camella is a better choice and more friendly toward new players ( 1 meta team straight) Because for most casual players, even if they fully farm or built a non meta team , they are still likely will struggle with the tower and pincer without meta units And jinhsi releasing on the other version who main release units are not dps or meta units To make newbie still accessible to the content Sorry for my poor English

Man, I am so hyped for Brant. His banner can't come fast enough. He is the one I've been most excited about since the 2.0 characters were revealed. His design is just so damn cool. Admittedly, I was worried when I heard he'd be a healer, as I thought he'd be relegated to a role like Verina or Shorekeeper, which personally I feel would be a waste of a phenomenal design, but if this is true, I'm fully on board with Brant (pun intended). He sounds like he'll be the ultimate support for Changli, and as a Changli "Main," I'm happy about that. Now, as far as Fusion characters go, I NEED Fusion Scar.

I was right. Brant is a DPS+SUP. He looks pretty good for Changli +20% Fusion dmg +25% Resonance Skill is pretty good since Changli is basically Resonance Skill damage. Slap a tidebreaking echo set and he will shine (Probaly). So I'll have to get Roccia for Camellya and Brant for Changli. Phoebe is the more complex of the 3 and probaly I'll have to skip. Her outro is pure dmg and her "Prayer" mechanic is based on time (1s = 5 prayer) so she needs to be timed correctly. There still Zani and the new elf girl in 2.2 to look after. Gotta save these astrids. lol

She's great and all but even with me using her together with Yinlin or Zhezhi as sub dps, I don't know why she doesn't feel right for me to play. If Shorekeeper does rerun and you want her, just know that she's very reliant on her buffing rather than her damage outside of her enhanced intro skill. You'd want to pull for Brant if you want a sub-dps type healer but I may suggest you wait until people give their verdict on his playstyle.

IDK why you'd use SK with them when he can already Heal the team by himself but sure, why not. Though maybe you'd want to use a 2nd DPS with Changli instead of SK.

I would like to guess that if he's a BiS for changli then his outro buff would need to be unbound by the incoming character switching out in order to make it work since I'm guessing he has a lot of field time as the nature of a dps-ish healer and amplifier if the switching out restriction is removed in his outro then we might be able to play quick swap changli with him and I'm guessing another healer (since it'd be too broken if he has a healing comparable to shorekeeper or verina)

Yes. Depending on how you like to play. With encore, it's a dual dps team where Changli is slightly a sub dps here. Brant is like a dedicated support. Since he boosts skill dmg and fusion dmg, a main dps Changli would work better here. But dual dps has its niche advantages. Basically brant is like zhezhi. Zhezhi is a great support for carlotta, whereas he's a great support for Changli. 2.x seems to be getting a dedicated team composition for characters who didn't have them in 1.x. Save for Shorekeeper, verina and baizhi, The other two slots were for anyone. Xiangli yao and calcharo had yinlin but nobody else had a dedicated support though good combos existed. Now we have brant and Changli, maybe phoebe and jinhsi, rocccia and camellya, zhezhi and carlotta. Apologies that this text is longer than it needs to be. Tl:dr, Yes brant is better.
No. Pretty much not at all, because Phoebe will apparently not do any coordinated attacks, and/or boost resonance skill damage. The only way she could "support" Jinhsi is by shredding sprectro res on enemies, but that's probably not as good as other options.

Stop being so entitled. We constantly have to pull waifu supports to amp up our guys too. If you love your Changli, you'll get her best buffer. Alternatively, you can always slot her with new quickswap DPSes that will come out in the future. She's very flexible. (Also sidenote- I got Changli & her weapon and am looking forward to this 👀)

I would like to guess that if he's a BiS for changli then his outro buff would need to be unbound by the incoming character switching out in order to make it work
since I'm guessing he has a lot of field time as the nature of a dps-ish healer and amplifier
if the switching out restriction is removed in his outro then we might be able to play quick swap changli with him and I'm guessing another healer (since it'd be too broken if he has a healing comparable to shorekeeper or verina)
or just full on another quick swap character like carlotta or xiangli yao

Yes. Depending on how you like to play. With encore, it's a dual dps team where Changli is slightly a sub dps here. Brant is like a dedicated support. Since he boosts skill dmg and fusion dmg, a main dps Changli would work better here. But dual dps has its niche advantages. Basically brant is like zhezhi. Zhezhi is a great support for carlotta, whereas he's a great support for Changli.
2.x seems to be getting a dedicated team composition for characters who didn't have them in 1.x. Save for Shorekeeper, verina and baizhi, The other two slots were for anyone. Xiangli yao and calcharo had yinlin but nobody else had a dedicated support though good combos existed. Now we have brant and Changli, maybe phoebe and jinhsi, rocccia and camellya, zhezhi and carlotta.

No. Pretty much not at all, because Phoebe will apparently not do any coordinated attacks, and/or boost resonance skill damage. The only way she could "support" Jinhsi is by shredding sprectro res on enemies, but that's probably not as good as other options.

Our teams are legit always guy main dps, maaaybe a second male and the rest are female characters. But I think the " we have to make guys bis for popular female characters so they sell" is a trash character design philosophy.
