Big Boss Emblem Requirements:
-Complete the game in less than 5 hours
-Use no continues
-Use no health items e.g. rations, regain, etc.
-Kill no enemies (You can kill the version beast bosses but not the beauties)
-No alert phases (cautions are allowed)
-No special items (stealth, bandana)
-Complete the game on The Boss Extreme

This game, Viking: battle for Asgard, and Prince of Persia and the two thrones are 3 games I extremely want to play over again

I love how, amongst everyone losing their literal minds on the SA battlefield, one guy goes, "Ah, it's you!" Gives me hope someone out there won't scream at my ugly mug one day. Commendable run!
Kojima himself should give you a medal. This is my favourite mgs title. You rip it up.

I actually came up with the cqc strat at 1:46. It's nice to see it used in the WR run. I tried it as I found it easier than the knife cancel. They were good times back in the very early speed runs of this game. It's what drove me to do the BBE run wearing the tuxedo.

A coworker of mine who just got into MGS was looking for this game and kept saying all he could find was the PS3 version. I had to explain to him this game has been locked on this console since release. I recently began my third ever run of the game (normal, I don't speedrun MGS) and I have a newfound respect for it.
The last cutscene of this game is almost longer than the run itself...

It is mad that this hasnt been beaten. I remember everyone doing the shot against the wall then walking then rolling against the guard but not just walking through him

A lot of the stuff you did looked risky then I realize this is you at the helm so it’s not so risky anymore
I like how you can literally bump into some guards and they'll think that it was God who did it and forget in 30s

Is act 3 tailing really that quick? How does that happen?

If you follow the guy all the way to the end of each segment and save, when you load in again he is At the end of the segment so you don't have to follow him.

yes it does! You unlock that after you earn the Big Boss Emblem

How you manage to skip the cutscenes so fast we dont even see you skip them or when the game ask you to save? It looks sketchy
how did you deal so much damage to ray by charging into him?
Not sure if you still need the answer, but as the Ray lands it takes a lot of damage, you can do the same method with the laser...as soon as it lands, nuke the bastard. Or follow the video, quicker

last thing you need to know, save the game after a checkpoint and after all cinematics after that quit the game and reload your save because if you save the game after a cinematic or a checkpoint and you quit and reload the game he considers than you have saved time

Oui si tout est bien legit (jai pas tout regarder) tu peut gagner vite fait du temps par ci par la avec certaines trajectoires, et ocelot a part la patate au debut phase 1, un leger cafouillage phase 2 et un manque de chance phase 3 c'est impec :) Nan moi tu m'oublie je trip sur MGO2r je m'eclate bien plus ^^
J'ai demarré il y'a quelques mois le NG j'ai des secondes d'avances sur ragnus mi acte 1 mais j'ai arreté, j'ai plus le temps de geeker comme un taré h24 en tout cas super la wolf je savais que c'etais possible mais j'avais pas reussi a l'epoque ;)
Dude is this what the fear mask does? I used it and it never worked for me because I was afraid to walk near the enemies I should’ve read more 😂😂😂

No you can load in from the last time you saved after you exit the continued run. Do not save that.
