I was going to quote the skit without any commentary but then I read Arab Cadabra's comment: "The aliens were so dull, they just quoted the skit without providing any commentary whatsoever. " and that deflated me. He really got me. ... "Why don't you have a spoon that just says Earth? It would save time."
Walking with the chair in his arms, then the spotlight pans right....perfectly timed comedic pause before rolling back into the shot. Absolutely hilarious!
hell yeah. I been kids in the hall fan since high school. well got back in to the show last year and now I got complete season of kids in the hall that came with DEATH comes to town and brain candy movie. still on season one. but I'm on 2nd disc. God I'm gay. but this show got me loving saying fag. love this show. help me through my outing process and tough times.
The fact that I still call Kids In The Hall the new Monty Python's Flying Circus, but can acknowledge that these clips look really old ... it's a little weird.
Perhaps because extraterrestrials are so dull they have to visit us to watch reality TV and human reality to really appreciate how well-adjusted, satisfied, happy, organized and really how great their own lives are. "At least we're not humans", could be a universal ice breaker. The response would be something like, "You are certainly right, that would be a nightmare. I will sign the peace treaty with your Galaxy!"
