I agree with everything you're saying, however I feel there are exceptions to what you're saying about highlights. If you're a 6'3,
6'4 200 pound athlete running a 4.4 40... with minimal or close to no highlights, you will still peak interest. At the end of the day is all about size and speed. If you're blessed to have those two attributes, D1 coaches will give you a look. Love your channel brother, keep up the good work.

I’m 6’2 240lbs defensive end bench 405lbs, squat 585lbs, have a 30 inch vert , run like a 4.8 and I’m 19. I emailed every single school in the country and got 2 responses. Sometimes u just get the shitty end of the stick. Also made all league team 3x in high school.

You have to lose weight and you can’t spot direct fat you can’t get fat to go away at any specific spot diet isn’t going to do anything unless your in a caloric deficit you can work out to grow your glutes and hips which grows those muscles aswell
