I dont understand why people goes for Storm of Bullets? If you don't choose it, assume 100 shoots per second with 100 damage = 10000 if you choose this talent, it becomes 140 shoots per second with 75 damage=10500 (100s are random to clearly show of the real numbers) However, the other two talents may worth more??
@@user-kk4ys7zp1c if you can show your calcs, we can compare but pretty sure its %5. Whether the talent is storm of bullets or not, do we get 1% ult charge per hit on Khan? I thought ult charge only relates to total damage(not per hit like strix's card.)
