If we just set up the base that KD stays on OKC, Harrison Barnes is probably out for a more consistent and older 3 and D player. The cap spike that year means the Warriors, instead of maxing out KD, can trade and sign even better bench players than they had the previous season. Without KD there, Green probably doesn't decline as rapidly (see post KD '19 playoff run). And how has Curry declined at all? He got injured, he numbers are trash cause the team is trash. And the team is trash because KD took all money. Show me any evidence that the league had figured out the 73-9 Warriors. The only teams that could beat that team were an MVP-type Kawhi Spurs who were d e e p, OKC who were built with switchable defense and two Superstars, and LeBron's big 3 barely.

Baseball guy is right baseball is a harder sport to play than basketball. His NBA take is pretty bad. Being 7 foot doesn’t make you a first rounder but it does give you an advantage in getting to the league. Teams would probably spend more time looking at 7’1 undrafted center than 6’0 undrafted point guard.
