If you ask me it's either Toyota or Isuzu for diesel vehicles. Even if they seem high priced in the long run they'll be cheaper to maintain cause they're so durable that rarely anything will break if treated with care. If kaskasero ka at mabigat ang paa mo mag drive any truck will break prematurely. The golden rule is drive slowly and learn to give little and gradual gas pedal.
Great review! I had a Dmax 2010 that one is indestructible. If I’ll buy a new pickup it’s a no brainer what brand to get.

madali lng nman palaitan ang mags sir at kahit maganda ang mags ng stock papalitan rin nman para maiba sa lahat

The rear locking differential is a not big deal. Under normal usage in 4x4 mode, majority of pickups will pull through without a hitch and your chance of needing that feature is very small. And let’s face it, most of these buyers of the TOTL variant wont even run their beloved vehicle through a mud pit

Stereos and infotainment systems are made by third party suppliers. Has been. Will be. A lot of the vehicle's components are made by outside vendors anyway. The transmission is made by Aisin. Same supplier for Toyota and Mitsubishi.
And gps navigation system too
The enormous number of views this video has compared to others lets you know that typical pinoys really like pick-up trucks.. Another type of vehicle I think pinoy loves is the midsized SUV.. Try featuring one GFO and see😊.. By the way, my favorite is the versatile, utilitarian, yet fun to drive and very stylish crossovers..

How's the ride comfort? Does it ride like a car or like a Toyota Hilux truck?
Obviously doesn't ride like a car as it is a pickup. But, I can confirm that this has a better ride than the Hilux. Not as good though as the Ranger or Navara.

@@ricr.4669 Yes it has rear coil springs as opposed to the conventional leaf springs of most pickups.

may difflock un manual 4x4,unti difference sa parts mas mura unti toyota pero maintenance pareho lang,mas mahal brake pads ng d-max compare sa hilux pero yan lang un,karamihan pareho na.

Would you rather have the BT 50's or Mazda 3's infotainment(restricted touch capability) put into this Dmax?
Believe it or not, I actually would. I always mention this when reviewing Mazdas and BMWs, but I personally find touch screens more distracting since there's no physical feedback from a knob when interacting with the infotainment system. Not to mention when the roads aren't that smooth it's difficult to tap things on a piece of glass. But then, that's just me hehe. Others prefer touch screens,

Why? If it was his personal car then it is ok, but it is not.. It is a press car, another car reviewer might have used it before him or he might not be alone during his drive.. Most dealer only allow a test drive but a sales rep should accompany you.. Based on the camera angles inside the cabin, it is clearly trying to hide the the left front and left rear passenger.. it is probable that he is with someone during the test drive.. Please consider the above scenarios before you comment on something as "Ridiculous" ..
Its better to be ready all the time. So when you come out of the vehicle in any given moment you are already masked and ready to go.
