    Jordi, you wouldnt need pads and a helmet if you knew how to tackle properly, and helmets dont prevent your neck from snapping.

    That last hit would be a penalty now in the NFL...defender struck the player in the chest, but rose up to make helmet-to-helmet contact...personal foul 15 yards!

    As soon as your "Line Backer" turns his whole body laterally, I am cutting back across the grain. Shoulders stay square man

      Agreed the helmet is your “fist” to knock the ball out during the tackle but the shoulders need to be parallel to the line of scrimmage especially for training purposes

    in my eye, he still had his head too high. my coach says, "bite the ball"
